Regarding the specialization, I would appreciate some guide on units synergies and builds. Can't find any.

Anyone know what the green bar under the unit count represents?

That's the HP of 1 unit in your stack. Basically when it runs down, one of the guys in the stack will die. Especially useful for high HP stacks to know when to retreat them and such.
