Recently found this band cuz I was on a "dark western" kick and "Hell's Comin' With Me" ended up as a suggested vid. Everything I've heard on this channel scratches an itch that is unlike any other. Please keep expanding and creating music. This is beautiful.

Why are all the good bands way underrated
It's so incredibly fitting that this came out at the beginning of covid when our elected (and unelected) officials let us all down and fed us to the machine.

I know this probably won't be responded to, but while this song has received plenty of just praise in the comments, I wanted to offer a small bit of criticism.
While the lyrics do tell about a deception, they don't go into specifics, and I do think that's a bit of a mistake. A more relatable, more resonant, and more impactful story will have more specific details. Lies are referenced, but not what those lies are. Betrayal is mentioned, but not the how and what of the betrayal. A promise is made, but not kept, but we don't know what that promise is. Small, even metaphorical references here can give the audience so much more to work with in the space of connecting with the song emotionally. I love the production, instrumentals, and the vocals, and the lyrics certainly aren't bad by any means. I just think there's still some room for improvement. :)
