Just a heads up... When we picked up our tractor, our third function wires come from the valve up front, are zip tied along the hydro lines all the way back, run down the support arm, and are zip tied at the belly of tractor directly under the controller. Makes for detaching/reattaching FEL very quick/convenient...plus keeps your wiring harness from getting worn through by hood👍
Thank you for the comment it is a very capable machine and I paid 13,000 for the front end loader and machine and an additional 5,000 for backhoe and the finish mower for the back pto was 1,600 but over all priced with the other models it was the best for me plus u get a lot of add ons that the other models make you pay extra for
You didn't mention the price. These are nice little tractor , I have a 1025R which is also a great tractor. I have a John Deere dealer three miles for where I live. I look at the RK but the closest dealer was our an hour away. Great video 👍🇺🇸
Thank you for comment I paid 22,000 for tractor, backhoe, front end loader and a 48 inch pull behind pto finish mower. The tractor and FEL base is close to 13,000. I liked John Deere also but they were just to expensive for me at the time with everything I got. You got to think how close they are to your house if it’s 1 1/2 hours that’s a drive if you need something, mine is just 15 min away.
My second was TMY which is essentially the same tractor just rural king is close to my house and the 3rd probably John Deere again due to the closest dealers to me but I also liked the mahindra
I have a zeros 6211 and like you said just to big for around the house or in tight quarters. Thanks for the comment. Doing a video on front end loader this week coming up!
@@hayesoutdoorsandtractors3278 Hey, what's up? I just saw this video on my homepage. Anyway, I got the RK24 and love it! My package came with the grapple, box blade and 48" bush hog. Mainly been using it to mow the back acreage on the property (zero turn gets stuck out back) as well as dumping sand in areas that are really muddy (drainage is terrible) and haven't had any issues in the past three months. Will be using the box blade and grapple soon, as we plan on clearing/making walking paths around the stable and various parts of the property. Slow processes, but we are getting there. Hope all is well.
@@dcfan1107 great to hear let me know how the box blade works that’s my next purchase . I love my grapple I use it all the time not only to pick stuff up but also to level and back drag
Cool video

Mr. Hayes, I really appreciate your review of your RK24, it does seem like a very capable and affordable (?) tractor that I'd like to purchase.
