Your video helped me tremendously. From making custom throttle cables (used a 1/4 drive 5" extension as a crucible). Added a blow torch and did the dunkaroo. Thanks man. Also had flooding too with carb and had to reduce needle to a 2.o as well
I've been trying to decide how I can tuck my intake in better almost under me. Like yours but in more I guess. Its the filter thats in my way mostly. So from the choke side of the carb and out to the filter I would like to tuck in better.
It’s kind of the nature of the beast. I tuck in as tight to the frame as possible and space the right footrest out. It’s really not an issue. I’ve seen some elaborate intakes that position the carb up and forward. But worry about adding more bends and length to the manifold.
Are you asking how to disassemble the slide from the carburetor and attach the cable to it? Or what the cable needs on the end to engage with the slide?
@ i think i got it you jus slide the one side into the carb with the plastic retainer on it and spring aswell but i needed this video more than anything so you get a sub!
Hard to say for certain. Cause I think I had a pretty consistent too rich condition. But I definitely pulls much harder out of the corners and seems to have more top end.
It was a District 16 AMA event at Beaver Cycle Club in Atwater Wisconsin. They run all classes of motorcycles and quads at each event. These events happen almost every other weekend throughout the summer at different tracks around Wisconsin.
The precision and patience you have in these builds are unmatched, Great content.
Thank you sir. Appreciate that.

Very nice work. I’m very interested to learn how you squared off the end of the intake tube?
Thank you. Just a belt sander.

@@DarkCornerGarage I was thinking as long as it was after the carb it wouldn't hurt anything.
@@NubsWithGuns yeah that should be fine.
That intake Is beautiful bro!!! Is this Nicholas cage?!?! 😂❤
So how do you connect the throttle cable to the carb

@@DragonCaster3video coming soon. Thanks.
Super nice intake.
When the PZ26 was not having its issue how would you compare it to the flat slide?

@@DarkCornerGarage Interesting. Thanks.

What would you charge to make one of those but without the bung for the pulse pump?
That would be tough without having the bike to build on to get the fitment perfect.
What fuel tank is that?
I made it.
I have a stage 2 ghost engine with mikuni 24mm flat slide carb and if I go full throttle quickly it bogs and dies any ideas?? Has 130/15
Adjust the jet needle in the slide. Just move the clip down one notch. This will lift the needle allowing a little more fuel.
We have Carburetor Float Bowl Chamber Kits that may fit your equipment. We can provide it for free. Do you need?
You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.
Deep.
Can you make me one?
The manifold w a pulse in red lol
I’ll pay
Sorry. Not sure how I can do it and have it fit correctly without the bike.
