You don't know yourself at 20, how could you know what you want for your life, much less in a partner. Have seen so many friends divorce because they tried to skip their 20s and 30s and instantly become their parents. Obviously, there are exceptions of high school couples who make it, but it just doesn't make any sense to rush into something like that as often as it happens.
20 years is enough to settle down if you have the maturity and you meet a person and know them well enough. In this case the issue is how he is capable of lying easily and not feel bad about it. If he did this to that other woman, he can easily do it to her. If she gains too much weight due to pregnancies and later on isn't able to loose the last 10 pounds, he may leave her. But if she is willing to take that risk, it is her life.
