This is the dumbest thing I've seen in a while. The abrasive angles are no where near what an axe needs to be useful, just resulting in removing paint from well behind the cutting edge and WTF does a battery do here besides wipe off tooth paste that is too soft to remove any steel anyway. This is the definition of click bait

Whetstones work without all this weird extra. Heck, maybe even using your concrete driveway might be quicker 😂

Should I recharge the battery & floss the axe AFTER the toothpaste rub? Listerine or Scope for a final rinse?

I made a cool double sided sanding block with ¼" 1040 aluminum that fits exactly to shape of those angle grinder disks, bit for a bump out on it with a hole big enough for a middle or index finger to hold it like a painter's pallet. Makes holding it really easy.
Im most definitely making your axe sharpening device.
I wonder if i can still find some of those darn AOL cds they littered out mail with for years.

Hands down one of the most amazingly long versions of sharpening a blade. How long does it take you to open a can of beans?😂😂😂

A flap disc on an angle grinder works perfectly well and you can get the angle you need .

What is this new sharpening method with batteries? No! It is not a good method get a proper strop and it will be 10 times better and not that expensive. Also 100 sand paper is far too rough try 400 instead or even higher. I know it is an axe not a chef knife so why strop it anyway.

First attempt: 90°to the axis of the stick. After sharpening: cut at an angle. That makes quite a difference. You don't want a razor-sharp axe as the edge won't last
