Pie with poppy seeds, cheese and custard.
🧾 For cooking you need:
shape: bottom 21 by 21 cm, top 24 by 24 cm
🍰 Dough:
500 g of flour
200 g of butter
120 g sour cream 18-20%
3 egg yolks
150 g of sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
1 packet of baking powder
🍰 Cheese filling:
400 g of sour milk cheese
50 g of sugar
50 g of butter
4 eggs
20 g of vanilla pudding or 20 g of starch + 10 g of vanilla sugar
a few drops of lemon essence or lemon peel
🍰 Poppy filling:
Steam 200 g of ground poppy seeds
3 egg whites
20 g of semolina
50 g of butter
80 g of sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
🌡⌛ Bake each cake at 180 °C for 30 minutes.

60 g of white condensed milk
