Wow this is a nice property. How far is this town from sdt and scalea. Where you said the space would make a good ensuite bedroom, is there a space for a service bathroom? I like it and certainly the price.
Hi Zelda, This is about 40 minutes from Santa Domenica Talao and about half an hour from Scalea.
Off topic on this particular property but what website would you recommend for researching Calabria properties close to the beach for a future purchase? Obviously you have quite a bit of experience in this particular area. Thank you 👍🏻

OK Chris are you talking driving to Aieta on the road from the main one? The steep winding one? OMG. Maybe I am wrong but half way up I had to turn around. I never made it up there. Can't even imagine? Do I have the right place? When I drove into Scalea area I was seriously looking at properties I had seen on internet and what towns were like. You know the area far better than I and maybe there is another way in. Maybe we are talking different town but I don't think so. The views must be outstanding but....
Hi Gina, It is a winding road up the hill to Aieta but not a bad one. I have driven up. there many times. Living in California I am used to hill and mountain roads. Now the one I accidentally ended up on in the rain in Verbicaro, that was a crazy road!
