I was born too late to explore the world and too early to explore the stars ... He nacido demasiado tarde para explorar el mundo y demasiado temprano para explorar las estrellas...
Simply amazing. The people behind this program should start working with Squad; combining this fantastic engine and graphics with the wonder of Kerbal Space Program to make the space game that no one would ever wanna stop playing.
Often I sit outdoors and watch the stars by myself. Then I see something interesting and want to know what it is. In Space Engine you can point there and then travel there. It blew my mind when I saw that those few stars that are positioned in a diaond shape, one of them is 1000 light years away, and another one only 300 lightyears, so they aren't nearly in a 2D diamond shape, they aren't even near to each other.
Another absolutely stunning video, LiveLife. Such outstanding gorgeousness. As much as Vladimir deserves credit for creating such an astonishing piece of software, you deserve it for crafting such beautiful compositions and editing.
Unreal man! for some reason I find it all the more spectacular that this isn't just CGI, but a real virtual place that LifeLive42 has been. considering the odds nobody will ever be there again or stand in the same place (or fly). This moment is unique . . . but will be lost in time . . . like . . .tears . . . in rain . . . Only joking its recorded. But I do feel these moments are indeed unique to the journey of the player. I'm really looking forward to how Virtual Reality will add to an experience like this, You would be able to trick your brain into really thinking you are watching a sunrise on an alien world. Its almost a humbling prospect.
in the form as we don't know it. But who cares, It would be awesome to witness some cosmic horror style creatures, but due to laws of physics limiting us, we are doomed to die With our Sun if we don't destroy ourselves First
I will never be able to see even one of these breathtaking sights with my own eyes. This game is as close as I, or any of us, will ever get to the sights of the universe, so I'm glad that we have this. I will never be able to see them in person, so this will just have to do.
This has to be the greatest piece of artwork I have ever seen, the fact that there are no loading screens is, to me, just unfathomable. And the visuals are amazing and every well thought out screenshot looks like a proper science-fiction setting.
2:40 Take a moment and imagine as if that were our worlds. Imagine we have societies on both the planet and it's moon. Be able to travel back and forth. Be able to dial a phone call to some friends on the other planet and say "that's a beautiful planet you live on there, buddy" while actually looking up at it..Oh the possibilities of life is endless.
Great thought. Imagine trying to text/call someone. Let's say you are on Earth and I'm on Mars. Every word and text I send to you will have a delay cause information from any electronic devices travels at light speed.
These vast infinities of the heavens. The surreal amount of beauty contained in the cosmos. To think we understand it is beyond stupidity. To think that we can make any sense of this beautiful chaos around us. The sheer scope if all of it compared to our miniscule spot that's been given to us. We think that we can understand it. Hell, some think they have all the answers. We don't. We won't. We shouldn't. Beauty comes out of chaos. Just leave it be.
two unfortunate people accidentally pressed the down-vote button while awing at the amazingness of this video and it's quality. 1440p :O But you know what would have made the video twice as awe-inspiring? If you added an extra 30 seconds of zooming out to the entire universe!
***** what's funny is normally, somebody would say that just has to do with your internet connection, but in this case, it really is the computer graphics processing power. Also, you actually don't need a really powerful computer, because I am watching this on a Chromebook, it's really just about a computer that isn't too old, I guess. Then again, my computer is slightly higher resolution than 720p, but I think it still renders the higher pixelation, just there's not enough pixels to fully represent the image. Still, I still see the same thing for 1080p as with 1440p (I have a 768p screen, although that's not a technical measurement for screens, it just means my shorter screen-length is 768 (x1366) )
***** wait, you mean the GAME itself lags? Lol I didn't mean my Chromebook can run Space Engine, I thought you meant watching this video in 1440p. I have a Lenovo Yoga 13 that I play this game with, if you mean that. And yeah, mine lags a little on Space Engine, but that's just because of how much it has to render of course. When you zoom out to the whole Milky Way, it is only rendering the Milky Way as a single object, however, if you zoom in, it will start to render thousands of stars at once, although they will just be rendered as dots with a given color. As you stay in one place, it will start to render in more surrounding stars, depending on how fast your computer is. It is, though, the graphics processing unit which is what is used for rendering Space Engine -- that and/or the CPU, if you don't have a very powerful GPU. My Lenovo was customized to have a very weak GPU though, because I wasn't the one who bought it, and so I have the same lag issues, probably for the same reason you do.
i feel really small compared to universe. No one can deny this view and we have to admit. that the universe is the most beautiful thing had made in life
Very beautiful I'm sure that some of the planets out there, at least some of them will look like in this video. It's sad to know that even in our life time or the next generation wont be able to reach it any time soon.
This software is simply incredible. I don't understand why the team isn't expanding or associate with Frontier Developpment... There is so much to do with this masterpiece of code...
+Mandrak789 Yes I'm serious ! David Braben is the man behind all Elite and it was a great step. I remember Elite 2 on amiga 1200, it was incredible (and 100% coded in ASM if I'm right). At this time we don't have some screenshots from Horizon so I'd rather supposing it will be on par with SE. You're right with I-Novae but it's a never ending story so I'm waiting to see something real. For the second company I don't know them but I'll do my homework ; -)
honestly, why would anyone dislike something like this. their religion? I honestly don't know.....this is perfect, yet 3 people don't like it. it really feels like they have no soul.
how did you get the visuals to look so good. i have a very strong rig . w new 30 series gpu and it just dosent even look close to this..... settings help./... love the content
The suns are usually not yellow If you If you use a EDEN or EVE E Lans (in space engane) then the sun will look yellow and this is not true if you look from space (no atmosphere)

Weren't we all?
Radicoly Yes, you're right. It was just a personal thought :)
:)
but maybe we are born in time to see the third world war, isn't that nice?
No. No that's not nice at all :(
Space Engine is by far the most beautiful piece of software that exists.
A thousand words couldn't've said it better.
And I just discovered it last month. Thank you, friend who sent me the steam link. Thanks!
I have never before seen a game where every picture of it deserves to be a wallpaper.
It's not a game...
This simulator should really earn more attention, who agrees? :D
I can't dare to disagreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
e v e r y o n e
As we're just tramendeclly small creatures, I agree yo explore stars and corners of the universe, even tho It'll take lots of years..
5:10, Sweet Jesus.

dalton Johnson Nor any bullshit and obnoxious fedoratards, either.
Great Lord Chin-Chin dont touch me there
Simply amazing. The people behind this program should start working with Squad; combining this fantastic engine and graphics with the wonder of Kerbal Space Program to make the space game that no one would ever wanna stop playing.
Sometimes I'm in Space Engine and I just sit on a planet and watch the stars go around and around, in awe.
Me too
Sorry too late

ran "stellar formation" from starbound´s soundtrack simultaneously with this...it was glorious.
Absolutely incredible. Sent chills through me with every new scene.
Another absolutely stunning video, LiveLife. Such outstanding gorgeousness. As much as Vladimir deserves credit for creating such an astonishing piece of software, you deserve it for crafting such beautiful compositions and editing.
Truly beautiful. I wanted the video to go on forever.
A very appropriate song. Recognized it right away.

Dennis Richards Well, the game does have Oculus rift support so... :D
Just gunna find a good spot then sit there and watch the stars pass by like watching the night sky...
Seah Ying Xiang Sounds like a good plan.
alien life has to exist
We'll find it in the next 10-20 years. Mark my words.
in the form as we don't know it. But who cares, It would be awesome to witness some cosmic horror style creatures, but due to laws of physics limiting us, we are doomed to die With our Sun if we don't destroy ourselves First
Absolutely stunning! The universe in a fraction of its majesty.
This is what I hope heaven will be like.

Man... This was just simply amazing, from the start and all the way to the end
Our universe is so vast and beautiful
This is just so beautiful.
I feel so relaxed now.
Awesome. Stunning. Serene. Hopeful.
Your videos show very well what is Space Engine...
Perfect work!
To all game makers. Make more space games, one man achieved THIS. What you could and can do?
This video almost made me cry,
not only because it is beautiful,
but also depressing, knowing that it is impossible for me to play this game :(
Seriously the most beautiful SE video I've ever seen
How can it be so beautiful that it makes me cry :(
This has to be the greatest piece of artwork I have ever seen, the fact that there are no loading screens is, to me, just unfathomable. And the visuals are amazing and every well thought out screenshot looks like a proper science-fiction setting.
I would like the music, it really goes with the video

You may laugh but it will become a reality.
There would be dozens of minutes' intervals between your messages and your friend's replies. Mars is at least quite a few light minutes away.
Amazing, awesome, incredible... no words
WOW this is the best video i have seen on youtube, thank you, it's amazing.
So beautiful... I'm at a loss of words...
I am literally crying right now. So beautiful...
This is how the Elite Dangerous planetary landings update should look like !
Born too late to explore the world, Born too soon to explore the galaxy.

What the fuck? I just saw that thread...
Kerman Guy What thread?
Beautiful work!
It feels so relieving 😌

always perfect
This looks so much more detailed than mine!
Its just composition, go to a planet turn the settings up and wait for it all to load completely.
Simply amazing. Well done.
I can't wait for a new version.
This calm my senses, thanks for your wonderful work :)
Simply amazing...
absolutely brilliant!
You make amazing videos.
Lovely work. Also, and I've noticed that in many of your videos, you have great taste in music.
your vids are amazingly AMAZING

2:08 oh god the green haze interrupted by the red dawn and then a sunrise, amazing shot!
Do you perchance remember where this is?
i feel really small compared to universe. No one can deny this view and we have to admit. that the universe is the most beautiful thing had made in life
10 years ago… how time flies, yet in the vastness of the universe it’s like nothing…
Does anyone else sometimes come back to this video just for the nostalgia?
Amazing video!, keep up the good work LifeLive! :)
Awesome, love this. Now I just need to get a better video graphics card :)
Veryyyyyyyy beutiful

Warp drives are a theoretical possibility.
Technically we dont know how long our life spans will be. Were entering the bio tech era. We might solve aging 30-40 years from now.
:) that's a nice thought.
Beautiful c:
'Seibzehn - Space Probe' would have been an awesome track for a video like this.
speechless... O.o
Hard to believe these places really exist, yet it is true......
Specs off dust is what we are.
This software is simply incredible. I don't understand why the team isn't expanding or associate with Frontier Developpment... There is so much to do with this masterpiece of code...
+gfamad Frontier? Come on, you can't be serious... if you've said "I-Novae" or "Digits Crossed Interactive", that would make some sense.

EA and Activision lol
No Man's Sky... I'm waiting for you...
*facepalm*
Amazing video. Just one question: my terrains dont look as detailed as in the video. What could I do to make them look like this? Thanks.
Holy mother of God, this is unreal! In comparison both E:D and Star Citizen's worlds look like they've been made by amateurs.
Note that there is either a very small development team or 1 person working on this.
What are your settings? Please answer I'm currently studying astrophysics always loved space!
how do u achieve so nice footage ovengine
my video footage looks fake
2 planets sharing life under one Sun.
Why is my planets blurred and i can't see all the mountains and stuff like that?
bacceli Umm no it's not.... my pc is a monster i just don't know how to set the options in this game correctly.
You have to wait a while for the textures to load in.
Guy Smart Still not happening, i tried all the option that i could find but still i see the planet blurry.
***** Hm.... I'm not sure, but i thinks he has a mod or two to make the game look better.
Set LOD to +2, wait long enough for game to load landscapes, and don't expect good 'scapes in solar system because they are not generated.
Wow
Man all this is bigger than Big Chub
how did you get the visuals to look so good. i have a very strong rig . w new 30 series gpu and it just dosent even look close to this..... settings help./... love the content
Imagine a combination of Star Citizen and Space Engine
What add-on did u use for graphics? Thank you and awesome vid!!!
I don't think he used any
Steve Kimble he did not he maxed out settings but to get best result you need good GPU and normal Processor

Music? Would like to buy it please!

Is this what death must be like?
Allahu Akbar this is music very good 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 Amin 🇧🇩
I'd give it two thumbs up if I could. My Space Engine does not look this good. Is this vanilla or with All Planets Textures addon? Radeon R9 200.

видосы класс, а вот купил Space Engine, а на деле-текстуры мыло, поставил HD текстуры, и не чего не поменялось.
