The “rural feel” of the southeast suburbs is disappearing fast. Do not assume the area you visit will look the same in a couple of years. All the land along 301 and 41 is zoned for development, regardless of how it looks now. Most of those trees are going away.
Thank you Adam, I have been wall your video since last year, last November I went to Tampa ,and I drove to west chapel to the lagoon Thanks to your video ,definitely when time come I wanna buy a house in Tampa.
Im so glad our videos have been helpful. Def reach out to us when the time is right for you. We have a ton of resources to assist you in finding the right area/home! 👏
We are planning to relocate to Tampa from Canada this year, depending on how soon we would land jobs in Tampa. I am looking forward to talking to your team soon. Thanks for the video! Right now, all the information is too overwhelming!
Hi Thank you for your videos! Wondering what is the avg rent cost of any of those homes for somebody who is looking to buy and then rent it out. Can you do a video of what is the busiest area for airbnbs? Thank you
I can look into that. Most homes in the suburbs wont be ideal for that bc these communities wont allow airbnb. I would suggest in the city or areas without an hoa
Thanks, Adam for another great video! What if I wanted to live close enough to the city (under 20 minutes drive) but don’t like to live in an area that has a rural feel? Great school choices is also a priority for my family. Thanks
Id still have questions to ask to narrow it down, but westchase, parts of north tampa like the northdale area, parts of lutz. Id have to find out more about your lifestyle, budget etc to narrow down an area. You can always email my team and we can help if you are in the planning stages and need a realtor. We typically connect you with an agent on my team if you are within a year or so of buying. Info@themorejongroup.com No pressure on that either… we like to be resource first and help plan until you are ready
@@TampaFloridaLiving Thanks for the quick reply. We’re actually thinking more towards the end of the year, but will not be buying straight out as we do not know the area well. So we kind of want to be closer to the city, or even in the city, but not in the center, somewhere that has a smaller town vibe, great schools, is safer for kids, and we could easily explore other areas and have easy access to entertainment. To give you a better idea of what I’m envisioning for a forever home is somewhere like Palma Ceia. We’d moving from a Boston suburb and need at least a 4bed and would be comfortable going up to 800K.
I am trying to move to Tampa from Kentucky. But I can only dream about buying a house. That is not in the budget 🤦🏽♀️ but I plan on moving me and my 1 year old down there in the middle of next year
Great video, we're looking to move to the Tampa area from Pennsylvania and are feeling overwhelmed on what area to choose, this gives us a tour of the whole area for free. Much appreciated
Reach out to my team. Not only can we help you find a home, we can also help plan your exploration trip and build an itinerary before you fly in. Email us at info@themorejongroup.com
Not all true. There are some great spots depending on what you are looking for. I have family in west tampa that love it there. There is a lid for every pot and you cant only go of what is best for you. It may be different for someone else so i always encourage someone to do their homework on areas!
