Put me in the minority that would have preferred 10 frames. If you love movies I don't understand how you would think 10 frames was too long. Especially for this film, my favorite as well.
To be honoust, I first saw your great 10 comments on "10 frames on The Postman Always Rings Twice" and was hoping for another 10 great analysis of maybe the most favourite black and white movie of all time "Casablanca". Two other favourites of all time could be "12 Angry Men" and " It's a Wonderful Life".
Of all the films, in all the world, you chose to go to five frames instead of ten . . . for Casablanca!?! There are times to ignore the complaints of attention-challenged boobs and stick with what works brilliantly. Bring back ten! Okay, I’ll still watch with five, but color me saddened.
Love both Peter and claude.
Thank you for five favorite scenes from my personal favorite film.

Ten frames were good, if you're doing five frames, I will watch that, too. (I propose *30* frames!!!)
