Love all this great information! Could you tell us more about soaking/dehydrating nuts. This has been a bit confusing to me...do we buy raw? Do they need to be organic? Where would you find the best nuts in bulk? How long do you soak them and why? Why do you hydrate them? Where do you store them? How long do they last? :D
k P we should totally do a video on this! But in short, you want to buy raw nuts, we either find them in bulk at the store or on Amazon. Different nuts need to soak for different times, you can google and find tables! Then usually dehydrate overnight! We will try to get a vid made at some point!
Great video! Do you eat or recommend Miso as a probiotic? I think home made vegan Miso soup is amazing with green onions, kale, sea weed, turmeric, black pepper, and firm non gmo tofu. That’s my simple recipe. I never cook the Miso paste itself, just str it in at the end, so the good gut bacteria are all still alive. I hear the Japanese eat Miso daily but I do know it is high in salt.
It’s actually really bad for you microbiome to take a probiotic right after antibiotics... whole plant foods for natural pre and probiotics are far better
