The most adorable way of explanation how stuff works. I can listen to this man for hours. Detail by detail :) I almost clicked in my mind and decided to buy this radio but the price of it knocked me down. :O So ill take some time to spare some money. 😁
Are you maybe working on some local radio station? You know, like reading news? It is because the tone of your voice is just for that.
    Thanks ALOT for this video!!!

Thank you for your comments. I always wanted to be a DJ until I found out they don't let you choose the music!

Great easy explanation, thank you. I don't have a FT-710 (yet) but you've sold it to me. I wish other reviewers would do a review like this.

Great overview of the 710. I like mine a lot. If you tap the frequency display, you can tap the numbers in the Mhz spot, and change it. If you tap the Khz spot you can change it. And if you tap the Hz spot, you will activate a popup screen for direct frequency input. Thank you for sharing. 73. KC3UEE

Good job on the video, thanks. Questions: 1. Do you find that the fan stays on even when only receiving? 2. Can the output power be set per mode? Thanks, and 73.

That's great . However is there a way to change band or mode without touching the screen? By pressing band and the multi? Like the ftdx10 you can press band and turn the central outer circle vfo ? Or would I have to set up all memories with a load of frequency and mode then tune of in MT mode ? This would probably be my preferred option? However if I tune off a memory in MT can I go up and down at 1khz at a time with the step/mch control?
I looked high and low on YT channel for that answer with no luck ? Download the manual still no luck ?
Any enlightenment on that would be great . Many thanks. Rob mm0udi in Scotland 73 .
