I lived in M.B. Been there.... done that. Not again plz. It need a major heart hospital cos there's tons of heart stopping restaurants, greasy fatty foods.
Maybe that was the way it was in years past, but currently there are over 1700 restaurants on the Grand Strand and many of them feature healthy lifestyle dining? It's always the choice of the consumer, but no one ever forces someone to eat something! We have found most people who move here, actually life a healthier lifestyle when the move here. One factor that promotes healthy living is the excellent climate year round, which allows them to be out and about, rather than sitting at home hibernating.
