Pruning is an art.
It really is.
You listen to the people that live in the North East that talk fast, you get a lot of information in a short amount of time. It takes us twice as long here in the High Plains to say the same thing as people in the North East because we talk much slower. Ha Ha love it!
I love to see Tuck pull and eat his own carrots!!
Thanks James and Tuck. Your instructions are clear, concise and entertaining. I put woodchips down last summer and 6 weeks ago I planted my first bareroot fruit trees. Plum, apple, peach and nectarine. My mouth is watering already! Yum!
Tuck: That cute little dog who eats fruits and vegetables....must be the sooo irresistible enticing scent and colors Prigioni paradise is! :)
Great having you back
Prigioni is back! Better than ever!
GOOD to SEE YOU Back.. and the garden to. Yes..Tuck to.
Thank you my friend, glad to be back!! 😁😁
You three guys are my favourite garden youtubers :) You are both so inspiring. Thanks for sharing all your knowledge, Mark, James and Tuck.
@@jamesprigioni just curious how far apart do you plant your peach trees you have an awesome set up beautiful garden I would love to see something like this one day until next time Happy gardening
I like your videos I have watched many, have not done well with peach trees here in Northeast Oklahoma disease usually gets them if the frost doesn't get the blossoms.
I sprayed the tree with dormant oil in the winter but if you can imagine this year the peaches formed and the insects ate every single one didn't get one Peach. It seems one has to use so many chemicals at least in this area
Must be spring!!
The Prigioni is back in the house!
Hope you had a nice rest...now let's get growing!!!! 💚💚💚💚💚
Welcome back....you and Tuck have been missed
Thank you my friend!! I appreciate the kind words 🐕❤️
So glad to see you and Tuck!
Thanks Scott, happy to be back posting and connecting with everyone 🥰
Yeah your back neighbor. Tells us what plants you lost this yr I’m in S Jersey and managed to keep spinach and some small kale alive outside. Plants were in raised bed in legs with a cover on it, that’s it. With -9 once or twice I’m surprised. Good to see Tuck and you. Stay safe and keep growing. 👍🏻❤️💪🏻🖖🏻🐾🐾🐾🌱🌷
Great to see you and Tuck back 💪💪💪

Welcome back from your long winter break!! I miss you and Tuck!!🐕🐶🐶🐕🐶
I thought you were gone for good! Very thankful you're both back.❤️🐶🌿
Yay, James and Tuck are back! ❤️🍒🍎❤️
I've got a 3 year old peach that I've been scared to prune, I finally started looking into the correct pruning process and after several videos (many from Universities, and colleges) I still felt like I had no idea. They had the same verbal information as this video, but awful long focus shots, and poorly framed examples.
I just wanted to thank you for having amazing shots of EXACTLY what I should be looking for when selecting good branches, and showing me what was meant by many of the terms ('outward bud' , etc).
I think I've finally got the confidence to get my peach on the right track!
Glad you guys are back. Missed you Man.
So happy to see you all.
You and Tuck are THE BEST ! I look forward to seeing you BOTH everyday. You have become like family to me. I wish I had your good Jersey soil, I have sandy South Carolina soil but with your help I am developing a good garden.

Wow, I needed you before my peach tree went wild. Now I have sap growing out at the base. Can the tree be saved?
A huge thing I emphasize on my channel is pruning with the future in mind. Thanks for showing it’s good to make those “scary” cuts that sets your tree up for success. Cheers!

Welcome back. Missed you and Tuck.
Welcome back, I just got a delivery of fruit trees, can’t wait till next summer. Love seeing tuck❤️
Love your channel James, good to see a South Jersey boy who gets it! Tuck is a trip too! Have you ever considered a modified central leader? They say that it helps to extend the life of your trees. Or have you ever considered grafting? I stopped buying multi-grafted trees & started grafting my own. I also use a technique where I also tie some of the branches on some of the younger trees positioning the branches strategically to help me achieve a certain shape. Our trees hormones can be utilized this way too. I have seen SKILL CUT use notching the bark to help guide growth. Having multi grafted trees also present one with unique pruning/shaping challenges. Love watching, learning, experimenting, and figuring out how to work with all the plants & trees in the garden. Al. Thanks for sharing!p & keep on Tuckin’!
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
