Kristy was my favorite out of this group. Very clear and pretty voice. She seems like a really good natural singer...which I prefer more than singers who are affected or try to hard. Good choices overall this round. Although, I did kind of like the girl from Belgium.

Same. I know nothing about pitch or tone quality or whatever, but I know when someone can sing good and when they can't. They obviously are hearing something way different than us.

With over 850 submissions and having to narrow it down to 24 (which is around 3% of the entries) - yes, we had to be picky. It'd easy to pass every decent singer if we didn't have so many entries.
