safe(ER) riding for you. helmet, bright colored top, gloves and elbow pads a must. the pro tec style helmet offer more protection than the standard "beanie" style. i have hit the cement with gravel no gloves and a big ouch on hands with a elbow smack after that. also the 4 ft. or so flags with quick attachments i use to maybe catch a txt'ers eye before getting to me on the road. lastly out and about in the sticks and trails especially for those alone or deemed an easy target, i would be "carrying".

However it seems that the "official" real estate office representing Lake Las Vegas is Sotheby's International, the Lake Las Vegas branch. Even if the agents don't live in the community I would think they would know a lot about the community itself
