The reason why someone might wanna cap the fps is screen tearing. Where the image isn't being rendered as one complete frame, but in several parts and isn't lining up. Capping fps sometimes will fix that. Only bad in a few games.
@@xpodx LSFG doesn't work properly with VRR displays right? I have a 1440p 144hz display what would you recommend? Capping at 72 FPS with 1x FG or at 48 FPS with 2x FG.
@Ronaldo-se3ff what's that? Not sure.. I'd just leave it uncapped so you can get as many fps as you can. As long as the experience looks good and no issues.
I'm sorry, thought I made it easy to follow. Download losses scaling on steam. Open the app, start with steam, windows and ctrl, alt s to active in your games.
bro wat keyboard is that, its gorgeous 😍
It's the Razer Blackwidow Ultimate Choma. Idk the year. Maybe 2019
is it necessary to cap the framerate? can't I just leave the FPS unlocked? does it cause problems?

@@xpodx okay Thank You so much.
@Ronaldo-se3ff welcome!
Yea the more fps the newer frame you see. So even 300fps on a 144hz is still better.
ive heard that it increases input delay is this by much?
It feels good, doesn't feel like it's on, just works
There is a bit of input delay but it's very little. More noticeable in FPS games or anything where you move your mouse a lot
Hmm alright. I guess I didn't notice really
Cap ur fps for low latency
I need higher fps for a faster gaming experience, I only use this when the game won't let me uncap it normally.
Useless video. Nothing explained in a way that anyone could follow. Look up lossless scaling elsewhere.
