I thought that I was saved. I was raised on my father's knee, being read the Bible, and I was told of the "sinnersprayer" at about 7/8 yrs old. Hard shell, evangelical Baptist.

Praise be to God and Lord Jesus Christ. Took me a few sermons to warm up to pastor Voddie because he preaches in a way that convicts a sinner.

thank god for his power to sanctify as yesterday i just got my butt wooped by my flesh and go showed up in his sovereign time to come and get me as the good shepherd goes after the one that is lost to save it. what an awesome god i serve.

"Yes, you can Live however you want!" You can live in a ponograhpic world with the victory over sexual immorality, first a desire to hate what is so visiusloy accepted by culture, you will escape the temptaions by learning to place yourself in an atmosphere where faith in Jesus is theologically dispensed., not an atmosphere that uses the same instumentalites of this worlds propaganda, but an atmosphere that depends and exalts the power of the gospel. Bytheway the world propaganda uses nonsensical personalities to captivate the minds of our children (Musicians and Actors, Chalatans and False Prophets), previously the culture pointed us to great minds like, Albert or Carson (rich minds that made discovers of unseen things in our universe), but now the foolish ones (even based on the standards of this world, lacking excellent craft) are made the icons of success, they are exalted and respected for thier ability to stimulate the sinful nature in the crowd rather than solutions to vital problems of the human race, they simply feed on the lust and othermany weakness of man. Some preachers are not different from the dirty music and dirty videos the culture uses to lure our children to sin, they all feed on the lust and many other weakness of men, not giving them the word of Truth but making them feel accepted without being changed by the power of the gospel.
