I was a Buddhist for 48 years until 2020 when Christ found me. I can't get enough of GOD Words. I am the only Christian in my family. please help me pray that my son and daughter find Christ too.🙏 I'm so worried about them.🙁

Lord bless Samantha, bring salvation to her family by revealing to them the truth of your gospel in Jesus name.
Pray for them all the time, by silent prayer and by prayer journaling, and trust God’s sovereign grace.
God is Sovereign, Holy, loving and merciful.
Keep praying. My adult kids are not saved either.
I pray that the Lord uses you to shine His light to enlighten them to an understanding of all that He is. That He in His mercy, bring them to a saving faith.

This sermon was SO GOOD. Brother Baucham is incredibly gifted & clearly seeks to keep himself humble & submissive to the Word & the will of God. I don't agree with him on all doctrine (eg predestination - but I'm just two years on this path of learning true Biblical wisdom & gaining discernment.) But imho he is one of the most skilled teachers of the Word today who has a public platform & breaks down Biblical wisdom in ways that can pierce modernist skepticism & call folks to examine the truth for themselves. He also always calls Believers to introspection, humility, & to grapple with our own sinful natures. This is so needed in a time when so many varieties of false gospel proliferate & those who love God can fall into pride & unloving behavior that produces stumbling blocks for others as they well-meaningly attempt to defend His word from a culture that is constantly attacking it.
May God, Jesus, & the Holy Spirit continue to bless his work, discernment, & ministry. I'll be sharing this on Twitter. And thanks to those who maintain this channel for sharing his preaching with us.

This message speaks true now more than ever. I recently saw how people were praising an episode of an show with two gay men saying, "It was thought provoking and very well done." Yet the show The Chosen, which actually is thought provoking and faithfully to the Bible gets almost no news coverage or mention what's so ever. This is very telling of our society at large that an episode about two old gay men is more popular and accepted than a well done show about Jesus Christ, the most influential figure in human history.

@Andel-1995 It was never going to be a completely accurate adaptation of the Bible story. The Book in this case is quite literally better than the show. The question is does the message of the Bible come through in spite of outside influences. I think is some ways it does, and in others yes you can see hints of Mormon influence.
Of course that doesn't mean the overall work and message doesn't still get to the point. Unless the rumors that they also have gay people working on the show with them and they don't mention any verses about gayness in the show. Unless they gloss over it entirely, in which case I'd agree with you in that they would've gone off the deep end.
@Andel-1995 look.....I never said replace scripture with the show. Reading the Bible is one of the most important aspects in being a Christian.That is the most important thing and it's what all Christian media is supposed to point people towards. Im just speculating on whether or not the show is truly a lost cause. If it is, then we can only pray God corrects them in this endeavor.

I don't know if I'm saved or lost. I don't know if I am producing fruit or not. I don't know if I am trying to live up to a standard or working to please God. And though I've tried to attend church, the people at church write me off as if I don't count, so I leave hoping to find a church where I belong. I don't known if it's them or me. I can't talk to the pastor or the elders because they are always too busy.
I read the Bible on my own but I don't know if what I think I understand comes from the Holy Spirit or my own deceitful heart and mind.
I start to believe I'm saved and see how God is working in my life, then doubt shows up again and I have to question if what I am seeing is God or my own deceived perception of things.
Praying for the Holy Spirit to comfort you if you are saved and reassure you of your salvation. Praying that you would gain a saving knowledge of God if you are not saved.
In Hebrews 12, it says that Jesus is the author and perfect or if our faith. Don’t look to yourself. Look to Jesus. Keep reading God’s word. Keep crying out to God!
I am praying you find a Church home were you can find accountability and encouragement.

What are you angry about?
Colossians 3:8 and Ephesians 4:26, try to read this parts of the books deeply and try to be more than in the edges of committing a sin or not. Its all about who you are in christ now... ☺️
Rebuke the spirit of anger. Let go of your anger. God says that anger and hatred towards your brother leads to God turning His back on you. Give up your anger to Jesus and walk in His perfect Peace that abounds understanding. Seek and you will find that God will replace your destructive anger with His heart and Way.

I love how in all the services that pastor Baucham preaches there’s always little children that can be heard in the background. In my humble opinion, they’re not being totally disruptive to the point you can’t hear the sermon.
