Dang that's pretty neat, like a slimmed down and focused Grease Pencil specifically tailored for making 3D objects/scenes? Hoping they make a build for PC or Android,
There is a Feather3D YT channel and they have been asked this before - they are going to focus on iPad for now. There used to be a free web based version and an Android version but I think wakeup on those platforms wasn't great.
I think it's a very very interesting app that could make it easier to work on the go with the ipad. The only thing I don't understand yet are the export settings, what type of quality mesh, format, uv's?, texture? etc... what get exported at the end?
You can draw in 3d on 3d guides which you can optionally save. In my opinion its much quicker to come up with 3d shapes then with grease pencil, alone for the fact that you can use your fingers to drag around. I never warmed up with blender + graphic tablets - I am quite slow with it and anoyed by using the keyboard all the time in between interrupting my workflow. UIs designed for iPad are better suited for me bc I can touch them and they are reduced in complexity which makes working a chilled and beautiful process
Always been the same for all sorts of imported products and services. UK VAT adds 20% to the price you pay for imported (physical / digital) goods or products. So if you added 20% VAT to $14.99 that converts $17.99 into £14.13 - guess the rest is customs.(83p)
Would love to see an iPad app to use Blender for grease pencil without having to connect to a macbook to launch Blender using bluetooth. But as of right now, that isn't an option. In turn Feather seems like a good option.
No, there used to be an Android version but I think there's been more takeup on iPad - so I guess it's a natural business decision to focus on where people are actually paying for a product.
This is exactly what I tried to do in Blender. Awesome!

Incredibly cool tool to use in sketches and in storyboards👌

Goooood
is there a alternative for windows or something similar
What's the difference between this and grease pencil?
This is a iPad app which offers a good set of flexibility and functionality for mobile 3D sketching while G.P is specific to desktops and blender.

This is $14.99 in the States and £14.99 (almost $20) in the UK. Why the price difference?

Blender : Grease pencil
they just copied grease pencil and selling?
Not for tablet.
I don't know how to use Blender so this is perfect.

And blender isn’t available on ipad

damn
For IPad ?
Nope !
Does it have animation ?
so it's gravity sketch
And how much does gravity sketch and the hardware cost compared to 14.99 for Feather and 350 for an iPad?
Just curious.
