      Taichi method::::
Best technique for rich and power.
It's open eyes meditation..Strictly do this only at wake up for 10 mins daily.everyone can see changes minimum 3 weeks,it makes too smart to learn quickly about world and how to earn and how to move life and society properly..worst part is,if u start u will loss time for enjoyment,so take 3 days leave for monthly once and go tour.it's open eyes meditation.. Sit straight with open eyes..keep ur both hands on thigh..very slowly lift ur left hand up and keep it on thigh very slowly.calculate the speed of lifting and u do that same speed whole time..and which speed u lifted ur left hand, lift ur right hand up and down on thigh on same speed.for calculation u should do that very slowly.do very concentration and minimum 10 minutes..your surroundings will surprise your growth within 2 months...wait for result patiently 3 weeks to 1 month...don't hurry up for changes inside u..u will notice changes slowly..god bless....eat more non-veg

    1. Do not go to the past its gone
    2. Do not make too many expectations, future is yet to come
    3. Do the right thing Now, live right Now (Do meditation, Do not cling to external words, actions or factors) eventually your past and future will become beautiful.

I really threw myself into Stoicism and Buddhist thinking last January. I even set single word thoughts in my calendar with audio reminders, daily. At first I found thing irritating. But came to realize it was my mind resisting peace. I did very well last year by summer, through fall. December became overwhelming. But now that my home is back in order, I am doing better.

Live alone and feels worse as I wake up and no one to talk to. Meds don't work they make me worse. Want to travel but due to anxiety I can't. So stuck in a loop of negative horrible thoughts. Looking to learn Buddhism to find peace.. but feel it may be too late. My Brain feels stuck in a negative mindset I feel I can't get out...😢😢

Ive literally only just found this channel as i needed help. Ive been through so much speaking as an individual person. Ive been set on fire at the age of 8 with petrol thrown over me and trapped in a fishing net. I also lost my 2 daughters. One being forced to have my gf at the time to have an abortion. My other daughter passed away having blood cancer , amd also in 2015 i lost my father to leaukemia.
Im actually broken , its very hard to explain what im feeling but my family dont have time to listen so having to deal with all this on my own is proving way more difficult than i ever expected it to be. I also suffer from aspergers syndrome and adhd so trying to deal with them alone takes me all my efforts just to have somewhat of an average day. I cannot tell you or put in to words what im feeling. I dont know what to do with myself or who to turn to for a chat so this is the reason why im commenting here and watching your videos because im literally DONE with life. Just wish i wasnt here. In actual fact i prey not to live another day because i dont want this pain anymore.
Thankyou so much for your videos buddah i appreciate them and take notice of what you say to try and get back to my feet again.
Have a wonderful day buddah , thankyou again.

Please do not give up. You have passed through so much already...what is this is just a repayment of a past karma and like a bank loan you have almost finished paying off the loan.
But if you end it before that "loan/karma" is finished, then the interest still keeps growing. Ending it will only create more bad karma for the future
You are not alone and my heart hurts for you. I have felt the same hopelessness but I am so grateful I carried on as it will get better. Believe it will get better, chant that it IS getting better and do good deeds, even if it is only to give someone a smile or a compliment. You are planting good karma which will balance you. You are not alone my friend

A key to not returning to the past is self forgiveness and forgiveness of others which takes humility and seeing how much we have learned and how much we have grown.
Past stuff comes up? Remember the good, accept the foolish and laugh at ourself. Have unresolved pain or grief? Let yourself grieve, it’s part of growth then you can move on and appreciate the present, live totally in the present. Grieving is breaking out of the cocoon that is trying to hold back the butterfly. Tears are cleansing. We don’t have to get stuck in it or move it into anger. We can fly out into the present moment! Denying we have been hurt or hurt others does not work. Only forgiveness and letting the hurts go, to fly away works. Mediation is useful to pass through emotional pain and not stay there. We can change our focus. We can chose what we want to focus our mind on.
This is what I have learned by personal experience.
Peace happens in the present moment and peace can rule the mind, soothe the soul (seat of our emotions). Joy is possible. Namaste.

When all the fear has come to an end, when everything has become empty, when everything has gone to dissolution, then chasing the past and expectation of future automatically goes away, evaporation of thoughts happen automatically and then staying in the present becomes effortless and automatic, your right and correct approach to everything in the present will free you eternally from the worry of the past and worry of the future.

this is something I have been working on lately. I've been trying to focus more on the here and now. I've been letting go of the past, letting go of things that had hurt me. It's much harder to let go of things that "might" happen in the future. Conversations that "might" happen. I focus too much on preparing for situations and conversations that probably won't even happen. When I do that, I try to tell myself, "this is not serving me." It's not easy, but I keep trying. I keep trying to focus on the present. Thank you for the advice! I will try the breathing meditation to help me focus on the present moment.

You know in the western world, they are many famous psychologists and new spiritual leaders who uses Lord Buddha’s teachings but don’t give due credit. Eg Ekhardt Tolle booked on Present, Now, and others.
So this is great, a Theravada monk teaching wearing his monk robes giving simple, key teachings. Similar to Tibetan Buddhist monk, Mingyur Rinpoche. Of course, HH Dalai Lama. Late great Thich Nhat.

She was 74. I love you, Mom, and miss you so much, it hurts so terribly. But teacher's lessons are helping me to stop remaining in the past, but to acknowledge my feelings, allow them to rise and dissipate, and then continue to be mindful and live in the present. Looking with some hope to some nice activities in the near future, in her honor. Thank you, teacher, thank you so so much!

These videos are really good. We wrote about Goethe. We don't know him. Never got the time about him. We have read somethings about Jose Rizal of Philipines. We just thought about Goethe as similar to Jose Rizal.
There is a video of a lady from prisoner camp in Germany in 1945. She welcomes the American army officer with the words ...Noble be man, merciful and good. That was highly inspiring. She maintained her dignity through difficult times.
Just been good can help. Sharing our experience don't bother about being noble or merciful.....just be good....just try to be good.

    1. Don't chase your past.
    2. Don't expect in future.
    3. Today good or bad day whatever it's may be. We start good things at this moment and live right now.
    4. We observe ourselves in present moment.

I believe that the Buddha said to watch your mind ( what is it that come an go in your thoughts )
Be be aware of it and not be a part of it .
Try this exercise for a start TOUCHING UR CHEST
and feel the rising and falling of your chest and when ANY THOUGHTS come in to your mind,
Immediately come back to the rise and fall of your chest , do this exercise as long or as short
As you like but do them often. Until you can do this exercise more then half hour at a time .
You should be able to see the different about yourself
      Good luck and be well🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
