Very Clear Explanation of showing a Stereo Input Bus (originally) and adding a Mono (Mic & Guitar) bus , So we can both Inputs and then may create corresponding 2 Mono Tracks (Vocal + Guitar) Channels. Thanks much
Definetely helpful for my start on cubase! been using other software for some time and finally decided to learn this. it isn't so much harder as I thought!
If I watched this video sooner I could have saved myself a couple hours of frustration. I didnt never added the mono tracks in and I was wondering why I wasnt hearing anything i was sending into the software. That may be the reason.
So clear and simple, best video I've seen so far. Thank you for this. I have a concern while recording electric guitar with pedals and micing the amp, focusrite scarlett interface... the sound from recording is not as clear as it sounds from the amp, it sounds a bit harsh or layered or clipped. Even after disabling all vst pluggins I'm not getting a clear sound...where could I be going wrong?
Your video is really well made for someone like me who is a beginner . I have recently purchased the Steinberg UR 22C interface and use Cubase AI LE Elements 12. I seem to have an issue in hearing the click track and play back thru my headphones connected to the audio interface . I have checked metronome settings - I can see it click but can't hear it through the headphones. Same with play back . Do you cover this issue on any videos ?
Hola, que tal? Tengo un archivo del cubases antiguo muy importante de una composición mia que la extención es "ARR" y ahora tengo el cubase Artist 11, Sabes decirme como lo puedo recuperalo? Muchas gracias, es muy iportante para mi. Salu2

Could be that your input gain is too high. Make sure the light around the gain knob never turns red and flashing green.
@@RecordingStudio9 yes the light never goes red, it stays within green or yellow at best, yet the sound isn't clear as the way it comes from the amp
What type of microphone are you using? How’s it positioned? Does it sound good when recording with your headphones?
