Only NEW Tundra I’d consider buying… 1794 Limited Edition

- Here’s the ONLY new 2024 Toyota Tundra I’d consider buying. Between the exceptional saddle leather interior and being limited to just 1500 units… I like it. I prefer this 1794 Limited Edition over the TRD Pro and Platinum. But for $80K!?!? That’s a tough pill to swallow. Which trim is your favorite?
Guess these prices are here to stay …especially as we see nearly all Tacomas cost over $50K and the new 2024 Tacoma TRD Pro costing $65K!
Let me know your thoughts. Would you buy this 1794? What if it came with a 10-12K price cut? Would you take this over the new Tundra Trailhunter?
Thanks for watching as always! Please Like and Subscribe if you found any value in this video!

Sorry for the choppy audio in this one… joys of recording in windy Wyoming. 😔
Good video, just do your best... Put the ole 🎤 in a sock 🧦 it helps with wind haha
@@honda116969 thanks man, haha yeah if you can believe it I have a huge “dead cat” mic cover but the wind was just gnarly today. Sorry! Almost didn’t upload this cause of it.
Toyota give this man a 1794 and he'll stop bashing new toyotas 😂
The bro is being honest not bashing anyone.look at how many Toyotas he has bought.
@@xxtreyxx12131990good oh I know. I'm sick of the prices too.
80k lol that’s a real tough pill to swallow without choking
Haha that’s a fact. Who wants a mortgage payment for a truck!? Smh 🤦♂️
Yup, 72k was my max ! Still prob 10k too much but only live once and tomorrow promised to no one!
I just picked up the same truck for 72k just have to know how to play the game
@@jordangallagher4337 I personally don’t think it’s worth over 60 but that’s why I will never buy one.
@@jordangallagher4337 Yup they have enough buyers for this limited and Pro's (smaller number made) that they don't need to go below 72k...believe me I tried. Good job on getting to that number.
Next will be the "Johnny Cash" edition for $100,000 LOL
The cap in a nutshell
Johnny better have a LOT of CASH
You would only own it for about a month anyways - don’t even bother 😊
Nice truck Untamed. But way too much money. Keep that 2021 TRD Pro 👍🏼
No it is not a trim I would consider. I do agree that it’s nice but it’s not 80k nice.
What a great truck! You should buy it!
Please!!!! Do get one!!! Make sure its the blue colour!!! 😊😊😊
That’s the color I got and it is my favorite. Blueprint.
I have the I force max engine and I love this engine smooth powerful and at 8 k miles getting on 10 mile trips 25 mpg
Ditto, my 24 is a pleasure to drive as well !!
Good to see you hitting the dealership lots for content smart… Your pockets thanks you each time there’s no need for the hassle of buying and selling vehicles… Has a Dodge Ram feel to the seats and despite the features it’s still to costly….
Thank you for yet another outstanding video. Suppose I’m in the minority in here, but I like the new body style. Admittedly, it’s grown on me. Have always thought though that the Pro would be my choice until I saw this LE 1794. Not convinced its worth 80K, but it is appealing, esp since they’ve toned down the front cheese-grater grille w/ some more muted chrome. Are these LE 1794’s readily available to your knowledge, or mostly committed to buyers already??
There are some available, my dealer has a blue print coming also that he got on a dealer trade. I looked at a low mile 2nd gin and was kinda debating. I didn’t get 500ft down the road and I new which one I was buying. If you like classy truck with some off road capability? This is the one imho
I believe Schottenkirk Toyota in Weatherford Texas still has one. They put 35’x11.5s on it and it looks stunning
@@saddlebackleather How do y’all recommend cleaning and protecting the interior of these 1794 LE?
I checked out a mesquite 1794 limited edition today and just like with every other "new" Tundra, I was left disappointed. Good thing I have my 21 lunar rock pro to keep forever.
It also has trd pro suspension on the 1794 limited editions
It’s shockingly smooth
I, for one, respect you taking a stance against corporate greed.
Thanks brother. Really appreciate your support. =]
Love the seats though
Thank you.
I like the saddle brown leather and probably would consider this for a Ranch Truck when I’m a millionaire.
Put me on the list when you sell the 21 TRD Pro..
Drop 20K & we'll talk...
You'll talk if they drop 10 and you know it !
Shout out to Rock Springs Honda, Toyota! Those guys rock!
That truck will come alive as soon as you get rid of those tires and put a proper all terrain 285’s in there.
Very nice but too much $$. I would have to get a lot for my trade in + some cash. Very nice
Maybe if it had a 5.7 option but none of those trucks are worth that price imo… nice video as always untamed 👍👍👍
They are discounting these like regular 1794's around here, so not sure how that will affect resale value.
True but not so much for Pro's and this Limited 1794. Cap's and reg 1794, Plats are getting below MSRP deals.
@Sam-dq7ws I'm referring to this Limited Edition. They are marked down $6500 ish around here. They are listed down in the 72k -73k, depending on options. The TRD Pro is still holding at MSRP to $3500 over MSRP
80k, not ever. Nothing is worth that even if I hit the lottery.
You would have to buy a lot of leather conditioner/cleaner to keep that looking nice with four kiddo’s
Haha that’s a fact! 😂
Indeed another reason why the Pro is better imo
Actually, the leather passed all of Toyotas super stringent durability tests with flying colors. This is the leather you’d want with kids
My local dealership has number 28
i want the platinum in california for 55k. I will be patient for it lol.
If I get a tundra it would be this numbered one for sure. Most numbered cars hold value great and are collectors items
This isn’t a McLaren. It’s a Toyota truck
Have been waiting to see this trim but not worth the price for just upgraded leather, special bags and number on the dash….smh
Id rather have that chevrolet bison you had than that truck
That iPad mounted to the dash would distract the heck out of me.
Get used to it...dark mode ftw!
Wow at the price tag
All the other Tundra's, just stay away from, but this one is good. Wow.
lol indeed ...I'd still take a pro over this as Pro has blacked out interior parts like door handle, air vents and trim ect..my 2024 Terra Pro has been a great 6 months and 5k miles so far. Just had early oil change as well, dealer said it doesn't need it but took my money and it's done and on the books. Loved my 2016 Platinum and the 5.7 but besides price and turning radius the 24 Pro is leaps better ! (oh yeah miss the full electric telescoping steering wheel but 24 has a perforated leather heated wheel so can deal with manual lever ha :)
Didn’t know you live in WY. I grew up there in the 80’s. All the existed was ford and Chevy 😂 times change
Not interested at $80K. Leather looks nice but not $80K nice.
I will never consider buying any new Toyota. Never giving them a penny of my hard-earned money ever again. Their greed permeated throughout the world when they started manufacturing in Mexico and raised the price by 40%. $65K starting for their top-tier Tacoma? Gtfo here.
Agree with you. And they cheap out on their materials etc. I bought a RAV4 2022 and the wind noise etc is so bad. The materials sucks too for 40k... The wife and I won't ever buy another Toyota again.
Mexican Toyotas aren’t going to last. Trust me. Toyotas are dead as we knew them.
The Tacoma prices make my 24 Pro for 72k look like a steal !! Agree though these prices suck.
@@tengvue9474I’ve heard! A lot of these streamlining UA-camrs are probably in Toyota’s pockets always glorifying them. But you’ll find a few honest ones that will tell you all the problems they’re experiencing like the wind noise that you’re referring to. The Toyota we all knew and loved is gone. Take care
Womp womp womp😢 guess you’ll never have a nice new truck again
Beautiful truck no doubt.
But the price is just sickening
Yeah paid 72k for my 24 Pro, besides that really do love this truck and if inflation keeps going up 72 will be seen as a bargain.
You would think they would limit the run to 1794 models, not 1500…
Not enough leather, it's been discussed.
You could find cheap used for 55-57k Better option then the new tacomas(year 24 and under)
A "limited edition" pickup truck for $80,000.......ok LOL
I low key love the shit out of this trim.
I just got one a few days ago. Photos and videos do no justice on how sick this is on 5he inside.
@@jordangallagher4337 I bet. It’s gorgeous
Everything is expensive, keeping my V6 collection from era of simplicity. 4Runner TRD Off Road with KDSS & Tacoma TRD Pro
Going to grab a 24 4Runner ? Now's the time if you want brand new to keep for next 20yrs.
@@Sam-dq7ws I have 2022 with 450 miles on so I don’t need 2024
@@Bornintheusa1 Eh further build from plandemic will be worth more.
My thoughts are Nope.
Hah yeah $80K just feels criminal…
If my kids are all grown up I will. The premium leather looks fantastic but I think my kids will mess it up!
Haha mine would do the same no doubt… tough to have nice things as a dad lol
$80K for a 6 cylinder Tundra? NO!
You mean you would rather have an 8 cylinder even though the 6 cylinder is way faster, has way more torque, is quieter and gets better gas mileage?
And you should think about resale
lol. You swap cars more than I do. Was there a markup?
These trucks should be $30k max.
I honestly think Toyota just raising prices til they wont sell, they are the worlds biggest manufacturer. You see how much money they are making these days?
See how much debt they have as well… Tesla will eat Toyota soon and Toyota will be a meager image of what use to be the greatest post WW2 story
Wouldn’t want the white for sure and I just can’t help but hate the electronic dash and tablet screen. Give me back my analog gauges and less electronics please!
Seems about 20k dollars too high
Audio is pretty choppy
Yeah sorry windy out today… my mic block didn’t work well.
@@UntamedMotors .. Shit Happens ...
It needs a V8 before i would ever buy one, a full sized truck should be a V8 even ford F150 has it as a option.
nah, we only buy mazdas now
Honestly I think the new RHO is probably the best value for the money. Not a huge dodge fan but if that new engine
stays reliable after a year it maybe the one to get.
I dont think any other truck has as nice leather trim as this one but I still would not buy a Tundra. I dont mean to sound mean but somebodies going to get fired from Toyota, after the single-handingly sabotaged their truck and SUV niche market they used to have.
If they are going to make it for the next 10 years, they will need to figure a way to put their freaking batteries in a place that doesnt reduce trunk volume, otherwise "delete" the need to go hybrid in their SUV's
The GX sales are going to go well and they will hit themselves on their head with the palms 🤦
I’ve seen several 2024 with engine failure haha
Direct injection on all these new engines. They’re not going to last without a lot more maintenance and cost. The current 4runner is the last Toyota I’d ever buy.
This is a truck for consumers, that not need a truck at all. Buy Lamborghini and do not pretend, as you need a truck.
Overpriced
I’m so bummed dude. Walking the lot and I’m not smiling looking back after parking any of these new tundras. The only thing that gives me that joy is a green raptor r and the value just isn’t there. I’m sure I could get msrp but still not worth over 100k.
The whiny voice and complaining its too much for me. Also most dealers are offering 5k off this which helps the sticker shock.
There we go. Now you are considering a v6 twin turbo and plastic garbage tundra. Very funny.
$80000! Get a GMC for that much
I do not like the 3rd gen Tundra too, and I have a feeling that the engineers designed this thing overnight or at the last minute when the project was due. While this is a speculation on my part, it is kind of obvious though. In my opinion, the new Tundra is a result of the telecommuting work and lots of alcohol or other drugs must be involved.
The new Tacoma, on the other hand, is a great looking truck, but the pricing sucks too. All in all, I do not think that any of my future vehicles will be from Toyota/Lexus, and I always buy new. While I earn a low six figure salary and despite that, I do not think that I can afford any of the new Toyota trucks or the ones that I like, and I am not talking the 1794s/TRD Pros, or even a Tacoma Limited.
I do not care about the hybrid versions as well. I really like the Tacoma TRD Offroad with the premium package and my favorite Tundra trim is the 1794 as well, but not the 1794 Limited, which is too pricey. The Taco TRD Off Road with the Premium package is overpriced by at least 10k and the Tundra, even more.
Yep a huge horse pill to swallow!
New Tundra is ugly, would be better if they had the same front end and length as a Sequoia.
I just don't like the exterior styling of these new tundras The tailgates are too pointy and kind of ugly The front end looks like a clown's face. Too "over styleized" I've driven four of them and was not impressed.
It's 20k overpriced.
No🫷
Meh. Still ugly. Interior too choppy
Go sit in a King Ranch or a GMC Denali and tell me this doesn’t feel cheap. Toyota doesn’t compete at this price point. They’re batting out of their league at these prices and that’s why they’re sitting on lots.
Personally I couldn't enjoy that interior knowing how many animals had to die to make it happen. Shameful
As opposed to to ur leather coats and shoes/boots
Driving kills bugs. Walking kills bugs. That food you eat go look at all the animals hidden in the plants when cut down. Know what baby deer do when scared…… they huddle down.
I get it but dude seriously you cause death to animals as well
Another predictable video…yawn.
Thanks for tuning in!
And promptly tuning out. Try harder…
