do a new ending for opposing force for where when adrian shepard beats the final boss and runs into it and died right as gman teleports him making him just appear in the ending dead and it is possible in the actual game.
the way he dies is because in the original if you do try walking into it you can fall off into the void right as you get teleported and then for the whole scene your dead body is just laying down while the gman talks to you

So Gordon cheated at chess via light-flickering-morse code. The other popular option to do so these days wasn't quite easy to animate, I figure.

in the original game when he is fighting the gene worm he uses the mounted turrets that are there to defeat it
