Date intermediate wheel jump cut, no worries mate,🤔 i'm putting my eta 2783 back together, from a 70s Monarch Caravelle, good movement though, nice to work on, +-1s/d is the goal. 😎
Impressed by your skills and explaining! But as far as I understand, the part you call "center wheel" is actually other wheel, the one which seconds hand is sitting on. And it should be lubricated with low viscosity (light) oil. In this movement, the cannon pinion is not of a classical type. So, there is no center wheel with here.
I'm wondering if you didn't run into issues with the balance wheel because the impulse jewel is also glued into the roller with shellac. Thanks for the nice video.
Gute Bilder, angenehme Stimme und Musik, um konzentriert der technischen Umsetzung folgen zu können!
Stark, sehr gut erklärt und technisch astrein!
Ich würde zum schmieren eher Plattenöl nehmen! Schönes Video!
Brawo!

yeah those ETAs are still running strong. +/- 1 is always possible, rarely in all positions tho. I think their factory accuracy is given with +/-12.
Taschendiebe hassen diesen Trick - love Leonardo Quality as alwasy 👌

Thanks you are absolutely right.

No problems there so far. Still running good. But thanks for the advice. Now I am using different cleaning solutions anyway :)
Lose the music entirely. Way too distracting, bizarre choices, techno-pop? Big band 60s nightclub? Gaahh! Just speak, you have a relaxing voice.
Love watching you work and explain the process but the music is horrible and makes it difficult to focus solely on what you’re doing.
First video :) Lost the music in following videos.
