Tried this recipe today. While the madeleines were soft n crisp while fresh from oven, the lemon taste isnt as strong as I'd like so perhaps i need to increase the amount of zest and juice😊 only used zest from 1 small lemon. sadly there wasnt bump in my madeleines despite chilling for 2hour before baking. Thank you for sharing!

What exactly is cake flour , can I substitute it ?
cake flour has lower protein than AP flour, you can substitute with AP flour but may need to adjust amount (I haven't tried with ap flour before)
