Absolutely delicious! Made it *exactly* as shown in the video, but substituted Cake Flour for Self Raising, as I don't think you can get Cake Flour in the UK. They looked and tasted wonderful, thank you!
You might find it hard to use half of an egg! They’re so yummy why not just use quantities given? I’ve just made these using a silicon mini-Madeleine mould: makes 16. The metal tray in the video looks like a full-sized mould, with “pockets” twice the size of mine. Most YT videos for Madeleines that I’ve looked at give quantities enough to make 16-20 large cakes, double what you’d get here.

Конечно можно, в силиконовый, но у меня даже таких форм нет силиконовый и нигде не могу найти в магазинах, а жаль
