yeah, Usually Double D is more careful since he doesn't want to take the chances of anything bad happening! of course Ed is dumb, but not in a bad way! Eddy however is dumb in a bad way because he's the main source of how they get raped by the kankers! in fact, there was an episode where he thought the girls bathroom was the actual classroom! god forbid that was horrifying but they were probably given a swirly after that episode ended
@@jackrsummeraccount674 Well, considering it's the Kankers, they'd get raped even when they're minding their own business. This right here however, is probably a better example since he's literally poking the bear and just expecting things to go his way. The best example though, was when he thought a money tree existed, thought he could actually buy something like that off of someone (if it ever existed), and got fleeced twice by it. As Ed stated at the end of that ep: "Even I am not that dumb, Double-D."
This episode just shows how terrifying Ed can be. None of the other kids would get away from his anger. It's just that he's a gentle giant with a heart of gold.
The part where Sara straight up shat herself and Kevin got batter’d was both hilarious and satisfying to watch as a kid. Ed can be a legit menace when he’s not in the mood
Yooooo imagine a fight between those two. It's sad that we never had an Ed vs Rolf fight whatsoever. Maybe there was or wasnt point kinda miss out on that didn't we
God this episode was such a gem. Danny Antonucci was absolutely on his game the way he had them use the sound effects here. Every time Ed hit something it was so visceral you could practically feel it shake your bones lol
This reminds me of that episode of billy and mandy when billy chased Grim and Many around the house with the scythe. They say its the stupid ones that are the most dangerous when theyre pissed
I'm sure other people said this, but notice how, when the Eds first try to talk to Ed, he first hits down Eddy quite relentlessly, yet he only first pushes Double D away with a warning. He definitely knows which of the two is consistently nicer to him...
Been rewatching the show recently and what I’ve noticed about Ed’s relationship with Edd and Eddy is that he is more openly obedient to the former than the latter. Whenever Eddy orders Ed around it’s usually loose guidelines that the latter follows as he perceives the instructions, which can lead to potentially harmful results. Whenever Edd asks something of Ed, the task is usually done to the letter and at times without even needing it explained to him.
Let's just appreciate that Ed, a movie monster aficionado, is framed like a movie monster in the projector light when his rock-in-shoe induced rampage begins.
When Ed is angry, his strength is not only on mass destruction-level, but he uses his strength as a weapon; even his level of intelligence has increased as well
We’ve seen characters like Rolf literally change the weather from anger yet Ed’s sheer strength we see puts him a tier above the rest dude actually ate a swing set, transmogrified his friend into a bat and sent another kid flying bro this dude…..this is a saitama level threat man
I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if Rolf's anger caused a thunderstorm and Ed's anger allowed him to somehow possess the power of lightning. Lol
If you think about it, Ed is rather relatable in this case. Something pissed him off so much, all he wanted was to be alone and took his frustration out on everyone and everything around him. And while said something may seem like a stupid thing to be in a bad mood over, haven't we all had days like that? Something that seems meaningless and insignificant to everyone else but is a big deal to you? That said, you know it's awesome when Sarah, the super annoying, bossy loudmouth brat actually decides to back down after shouting at Ed and then have him practically scream back at her
Can you really blame him, they are literally irritating him so much to try to get a response out of them what else are you supposed to do when you’re in that state.
He’s always been the strongest, he’s just too dumb and happy most of the time to apply it practically. He usually just breaks shit indiscriminately. Rolf is probably the 2nd strongest on the show, making Kevin 3rd.
This really shows the fact that the only reason ed is actually picked on is cause he's too kind, He is the physically biggest strongest and arguably the fastest in the show
I love how this implies that the only reason Sarah can bully Ed the way she does is because he's too much of a doormat to do anything most of the time.
And also because the parents show favoritism towards Sarah so she could just hide behind them as a way to control him. But when Ed is too angry to give a shit, she has no control over him.
@@Creepsome1 Got to take into account their relationship is supposed to be the stereotypical "bratty little sister can do no wrong. She's a princess!" type of one. It's just that a pissed off Ed is a rather firm reality check as to what could and would have happened to her had she not fucked off in that particular moment. XD
Sarah: listen to me mister, you can’t kick me out. I live here too!!! Ed: SO MOVVEEE!!!!! Then Sarah looked so frightened😭 one of the best moments in the episode. She always bullying, yelling & bossing everyone else around & when her big brother finally yelled at & went toe to toe with her, she was speechless😭😭😭 gotta love Ed❤️
Ripping a stump out of the ground by the roots and rotating it to face away from someone before replanting it through sheer strength is one way to end a conversation I will forever wish I could try.
In the episode where they scammed Rolf into bringing him to his home country, Ed once slapped Rolf’s head upward and sent it flying for a bit. Imagine he had a pebble in his shoe and Rolf decided to call him a nincompoop.
The fact the Ed unroots a tree stump just to turn around, instead of simply turning HIMSELF around is the one of the main reason Why I love this character. He's hilarious. Man, I love this cartoon to this day.
Seeing the look of fear on Sarah's face was everything to me. She's so used to Ed being a doormat that she doesn't understand that Ed tolerates her because he genuinely loves her.
in this form Ed could defeat: - Eddy when you hide his magazines - Edd when you mess with his ants - Kevin when you destroy his bike - Nazz when you take her popcorn(I couldnt find a better one) - Rolf when you insult his ancestors - Johnny when you mess with plank - Jimmy when you give him a wedgie - Sarah when you read her diary - May when you destroy her "natural good looks" - Marie when you flirt with Edd - Lee when you take the Kankers ship in a bottle and maybe... JUST MAYBE... that one dog that bit Edds sock
The power scaling in this show is crazy, Rolf has his moments, Sarah is an overall tyrant, Ed becomes an incredible destructive force feared by all, but I think Johnny, Johnny would become top tier of something ever happened to plank. He would have been the one to forcibly stop Ed if he went through with destroying plank.
This was one of those rare moments where Eddy got to keep all the quarters he earned. He did not seem to lose them after Ed kicked everyone out, especially since nobody demanded a refund.
Colin Jones but SHE also needs to learn to control her anger as well, and her attitude, she’s always mean to Ed the most and is rarely ever nice to him as his little sister. So yelling back at her in this episode kinda showed her a lesson about being disrespectful to her caring big brother. (Though it’s still true that it was uncalled for to act the way he did over having a pebble in his shoe 🙄)
Besides the obvious moments (Ed standing up to Sarah (I enjoyed that the most) and whacking Kevin with Eddy molded as a baseball bat), I really liked how Eddy became terrified of Ed snapping. He finally knew at THAT point that continuously provoking Ed was a REALLY BAD IDEA.
The weirdest thing about this episode is not Ed getting angry, but that Eddy successfully made money without losing it later.
yet did he ever spend the money, or did he forget about it?

Yeah I seriously doubt he would’ve given Eddy one, especially since Eddy would’ve had it coming
yeah, Usually Double D is more careful since he doesn't want to take the chances of anything bad happening! of course Ed is dumb, but not in a bad way!
Read this right when that happened
Well of course he did, that's his friend. Angry or not, Ed knows that. Kevin on the other hand immediately got cracked by a bat shaped Eddy 😂😂
Ed yelling at the Sarah like a boss still makes me happy
“Touch me Again, and I will Squash You!” Ed said calmly.
Not only did he get angry, he actually got smarter when he was angry, look at the ways he swatted Eddy and Double D away every time
Lol! ....dude wouldn't it be cool if u could do that? Lol!
Plus the "you torment me" line- he's very aware of Eddy's bs

Ed with a pebble in shoes=The real answer to defeating Thanos, John Wick, etc.
Not even Shaggy can face Ed when the lovable lump has a pebble in his sneaker.
Maybe even Goku or One-Punch Man.
Hahahahaha
God, imagine him SHATTERING the Infinity Gauntlet just with his jaw's sheer strength
How would the Kanker sisters fare against him?
This episode just shows how terrifying Ed can be. None of the other kids would get away from his anger. It's just that he's a gentle giant with a heart of gold.
Ed could crush all the characters if he truly wanted too. Who’s going to stand up to him?
The part where Sara straight up shat herself and Kevin got batter’d was both hilarious and satisfying to watch as a kid. Ed can be a legit menace when he’s not in the mood
Ed was like this JUST because he had a pebble in his shoe. I’d hate to see what he’s like when he gets a splinter he can’t remove.
Oh god, no...
a splinter of fiber glass, oof, those kinds of splinters seem the worst
I meant a wooden splinter, but what you just said sounds even worse.
The Sky would be ripped asunder and there would be no praying for God has been dethroned and in his place is the all consuming rage of ed
It would be a massacre; the likes of which humanity has never known before.
He managed to intimidate Rolf. ROLF -- the reality warper with Scott Steiner biceps.
Rolf understands Ed is a simpleton but recognizes his raw strength.
Yooooo imagine a fight between those two. It's sad that we never had an Ed vs Rolf fight whatsoever. Maybe there was or wasnt point kinda miss out on that didn't we

@@chaoskiller8956 Little Ed Blue.
Especially the fire at 1:06.
The sound effects in this show, is really what made it stand out above everything else.
This exact episode for whatever reason I can't find anywhere...
Even the nicest people in the world have a temper. This is very accurate.
We all have our good moments and bad moments in our lives, but that is what life is all about.
and scary too
Imagine what Bob Ross would be like if pissed off.
This reminds me of that episode of billy and mandy when billy chased Grim and Many around the house with the scythe. They say its the stupid ones that are the most dangerous when theyre pissed
True
Johnny yelling “Geronimo” was so hilarious to me. It’s like he knew he was risking his own life to take off his shoe to save Plank😂
I'm sure other people said this, but notice how, when the Eds first try to talk to Ed, he first hits down Eddy quite relentlessly, yet he only first pushes Double D away with a warning. He definitely knows which of the two is consistently nicer to him...
1:28 Ed snapping the unibrow is the equivalent of Rock Lee taking off his weights.
That's when you can tell... *Big Trouble.*
BIG TROUBLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLE
this is what happens when you steal Ed's jawbreaker
1:26 yo dats terrifying seeing his eyes blank red
Oh for real and Ed is going all out now
Ed had some self control. He didn't completely destroy Double D for a second there. But I guess we can all see how he truly feels about Eddy.
Even a simpleton like Ed recognizes how much of a manipulative sociopath Eddy is.
He did ram a turkey down his throat whole
Been rewatching the show recently and what I’ve noticed about Ed’s relationship with Edd and Eddy is that he is more openly obedient to the former than the latter. Whenever Eddy orders Ed around it’s usually loose guidelines that the latter follows as he perceives the instructions, which can lead to potentially harmful results. Whenever Edd asks something of Ed, the task is usually done to the letter and at times without even needing it explained to him.
Yeah cuz he gave Eddy the worst asswhoopings.
Eh, he almost set them both on fire 😂
Let's just appreciate that Ed, a movie monster aficionado, is framed like a movie monster in the projector light when his rock-in-shoe induced rampage begins.
For all the over the top cartoony violence, somehow the idea of Ed snapping Plank in half over his knee is kind of unsettling.
When Ed is angry, his strength is not only on mass destruction-level, but he uses his strength as a weapon; even his level of intelligence has increased as well
Facts
We’ve seen characters like Rolf literally change the weather from anger yet Ed’s sheer strength we see puts him a tier above the rest dude actually ate a swing set, transmogrified his friend into a bat and sent another kid flying bro this dude…..this is a saitama level threat man
unleashed rage Ed>>>>> angared rolf ether way it’s a battle of titanic proportions
Ed could take down goku, superman and one punch Man all at the same time
Transmogrified that’s a Calvin and Hobbes word right there 😂
@@o_ver2.094 let's not get carried away
I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if Rolf's anger caused a thunderstorm and Ed's anger allowed him to somehow possess the power of lightning. Lol
Everybody forgets that Ed is actually strong, man turned a tree trunk around to avoid eye contact 😂
Does anyone notice how much more intelligent Ed becomes when he's angry?
Bro be hitting the mentats HARD
He had a rock in his shoe!
That said, you know it's awesome when Sarah, the super annoying, bossy loudmouth brat actually decides to back down after shouting at Ed and then have him practically scream back at her
Ed in rage mode is pretty damn scary. But yeah, those times suck when it happens.
Can you really blame him, they are literally irritating him so much to try to get a response out of them what else are you supposed to do when you’re in that state.
hey
all this says is i dont like shit in my shoe

Ed LITERALLY becomes the strongest character in the show when he's in a bad mood.
He’s always been the strongest, he’s just too dumb and happy most of the time to apply it practically. He usually just breaks shit indiscriminately. Rolf is probably the 2nd strongest on the show, making Kevin 3rd.

This really shows the fact that the only reason ed is actually picked on is cause he's too kind, He is the physically biggest strongest and arguably the fastest in the show
1:08 Ed with that cold stare watching his only two friends burn is really scary
0:45 "I'm hurt" really under sells what just took place. Such great writing for a legendary cartoon show.
It got cut off. The full line is "I'm hurt now"
1:07 The amount of sheer anger and power felt in this stare...
Like Michael Myers without the mask
Honestly, Eddy and Kevin knew better than to piss an already pissed off Ed.
Ed shouting at Sarah has *got* to be one of *the* most satisfying moments of this show ever.
I love how this implies that the only reason Sarah can bully Ed the way she does is because he's too much of a doormat to do anything most of the time.
Me 2.
And also because the parents show favoritism towards Sarah so she could just hide behind them as a way to control him. But when Ed is too angry to give a shit, she has no control over him.
@@lucasmartinez5703 I believe Sarah wasn't meant to control Ed, why he actually listens to her is beyond me
@@Creepsome1 Got to take into account their relationship is supposed to be the stereotypical "bratty little sister can do no wrong. She's a princess!" type of one. It's just that a pissed off Ed is a rather firm reality check as to what could and would have happened to her had she not fucked off in that particular moment. XD
@@w47765 I'd also bring into question Ed's intelligence.
I love how crushes Eddie just for annoying him but Double D touches him and Ed still has enough respect to give him a warning first.
Top 3 fiction moments for me
1. The Rohirrim arriving at Minas Tirith
2. Ed standing up to Sara
3. Samurai Jack’s friends coming to his rescue
Sarah: listen to me mister, you can’t kick me out. I live here too!!!

Seeing the look of fear on Sarah's face was everything to me. She's so used to Ed being a doormat that she doesn't understand that Ed tolerates her because he genuinely loves her.
The way Angry Ed shows his anger is just plain brutal 🤣🤣
in this form Ed could defeat:
- Eddy when you hide his magazines
- Edd when you mess with his ants
- Kevin when you destroy his bike
- Nazz when you take her popcorn(I couldnt find a better one)
- Rolf when you insult his ancestors
- Johnny when you mess with plank
- Jimmy when you give him a wedgie
- Sarah when you read her diary
- May when you destroy her "natural good looks"
- Marie when you flirt with Edd
- Lee when you take the Kankers ship in a bottle

His smile at the end was so sweet

And he probably apologized to everyone for everything while crying because he was in a bad mood

Colin Jones but SHE also needs to learn to control her anger as well, and her attitude, she’s always mean to Ed the most and is rarely ever nice to him as his little sister. So yelling back at her in this episode kinda showed her a lesson about being disrespectful to her caring big brother. Stronger than Rolf yet rolf can easily slide his entire house like a lightweight empty cardboard box
