I can't believe we finally got the date woohoo!!
It's been a very fast few days, even though I have been isolating the whole Easter weekend just went so quickly!
When I watched this video back, I realised how FAST I speak when I am stressed. I think it’s my northern accent but I’m so sorry if you could not understand me! 🤣

Hope you are doing ok. Thinking of you. That sounds like a bit more involved than originally planned but I am glad they are sealing everything off from before as good as possible. Hopefully it will give your body and your new tube the best conditions to work well.

darling you have every right to use it all the time I use mine good or bad days those good day if you don't take it easy and use the easier spaces can impact on other days it swings if I take advantage of my goods days it takes it longer for me to get over the bad days honestly I can't believe you haven't already got one especially the fact that you need a chair at times you really do need one darling 😘😘💜💜
It takes a few minutes online take your photo there and then and comes in days xx
The Beth Effect : It is when after watching her last vid, you have a physical reaction, so yes, the muscles of your cheeks are a bit painful ! Why ? because you give happiness, Beth, YES, as the ideal Friend or younger sister everybody would dream to have, so yes - as you always say - I realise myself that I care about very basic things, just because they are "Bethians" like : there is a B on her mug so yes, she still could be really named Bethany or Beth, but the Elisabeth option is definitively out.... as if it was essential Or Beth making me become totally girlie : why did she forget to paint one of her nail ? or "Being Beth is choosing the thing to make a pony tail blue as the letter on her hoody ... etc ... so thank you Beth to bring so nice friendship emotions in my heart.
Omgggg same thing happened to me! I needed a covid test so I coulr have my other test done at the hospital. I turned up at the COVID testing place and there was noone there!😬
How weird!!! Honestly I was soooo worried because it was the weekend and I didn’t know what to do 😅 thank goodness they was helpful when I called! Xx

Hey Beth, we've not talked in ages. So I had emergency clinic to see a surgeon about my tube. Mine was looking like yours and the acid was making it bleed etc. And we both agreed I needed a shorter button and I said can we go up a Fr. Then on the 12th I went in for my "tube change". My surgeon has been on annual leave.. never checked to see if the tubes had arrived. There was only 1 other tube and he thinks it was another patients 🤷... He mentioned how there's possibility we could move the tube etc.. but he's only got the one tube. Ok fine. I was literally in the anaesthetic room, fentanyl had gone in, they started my propofol infusion and had put a midline in (they can only get tubes in with a GA for some reason) and I tried to push the mask away and said what's happening. And got a "oh were gonna move it".. then I was asleep. I had ZERO time to prepare mentally or physically. And woke up to a another Mickey button hanging out by about an inch.. it's so painful as it moves so much and he just said we will change it when it matures 🤦. I've lost confidence in my surgeon as I never said ok we will change it today. And having such a long tube is just giving me problems again. I really hope everything goes well for you, rest up and take it easy.. you'll find sitting up hard they kept me in one night and I had to by each hour raise the bed up a little to a more sitting position then I could get in my chair to go home. But then spent the entire time flat in bed. Thinking of you xxx
Oh and they packed my old stoma and dressed it.. but it's still not healed I still have a hole. It would be typical that a tube fell out and it would close straight up!!! Xxx
