My response to you may be late but maybe not for others. If you do in fact have a number with a decimal lets say 10.5 and need to convert it, I start by multiplying that number (10.5) by 8 as many times as necessary to make sure there are no more decimals. THEN do what he explains in the video.

I have a question, why is that you need to divide 6 to 8.. 6 is not getting to 8 or in other words 6 is less than to 8..
and why you need to get it until to 0.. why you don't stop to 6.. although 6 is smaller..
just asking, my friend says that you stop to 6 because it is smaller you can't divide it because you can't get another 8 to 6..
