Decimal base = 10
Binary base = 2
I got 00010 and 01010
Since 16 is exceeds 10
10-16=-6+8+1
-6-8=-14-1=-15
Since I got negative a lot 00010
But also according to your theory 01010
Since I got 8 and 1
Because if negative the numbers are less than 0 but we start from 1 so can you solve this I saw this in a book called mathematics formulae by sumita bose page no. 17 under the section

My tutor spent a whole hour and a half in a lesson, explaining how to convert decimal to binary, only to confuse the living hell outta everyone in the class.
I watched the first three minutes of this video, and you made more sense than my tutor within 3 minutes and went straight into the point.
The explanation on converting decimals to binary is ten times better than my own tutors and teachers.

Great video! For the example of converting 142 at the end I was wondering that smaller than 2 is 1 ;2-1 =1 but, I realized we can use highest numbers under or equal, so that's why 2-2 =0 not 2-1 =1
