@Legally Swole maybe one thing I can advice is maybe sync the voice volume and music volume, sometimes I get surprised by the sudden increase in volume after the commentary. Well, that's one way of getting wide awake I guess 😅
@@TechnoPhoenix oh great advice. I might try voice overs until I figure out how to silence the loud chains 😂. But definitely I’ll start looking at some ways to match the volume levels

Hello I have the same machine I have a problem from the bottom wire when I try to do an arm curl with the bar I lift the whole machine at the lowest weight is there anything I can do I love following your workouts I am 54 just got this machine am I doing something wrong
You mean the bar on the machine? Yeah but the contraction you get in the muscles wouldn’t be the same 100%. The chain doesn’t extend all the way down and usually cables are weakest at the bottom of the contraction

What exercise are you referring to? Without knowing generally it’s good to exhale while you are contracting the muscle. Imagine something heavy just fell on your toes (scream/exhale). For some strange biological reason you are stronger during the exhale
I don’t eat burgers often but when I do eat burgers i prefer around lunch time since it takes long for me to digest. -oh yeah one thing to note, when you’re coming out of a fast it’s best to eat something that’ll digest fast. Like chicken salad for instance. Can’t go wrong with any type veggies/greens.

If i want to strictly just focus on my arms for a while how many times a week should i follow this routine. @LegallySwole Or should i cycle each day a different video you also have triceps and shoulders Mon thurs - biceps Tuesday friday - triceps Wednesday saturday - shoulder Sunday - rest
absolutely this works if your main focus is the biceps/ arms. i'm guessing youre "maintaining" the other muscle groups during this workout cycle which is great. so the first muscle you target for the day is biceps then the rest of your energy is on whatever other muscle you have scheduled for the day correct?

How much weight does the multi gym have? Can you put more weight on it, for example by putting discs or not?
