I’ve been stuck on what to make with this sparkly light grey yarn I’ve got for ages and this is PERFECT! I knew I wanted a shawl but most of the ones I’ve found are a bit old fashioned for my style, this is so wonderful 🥺

Omg There is less than a month left until Halloween and I wanted to wear something related to spider webs, this is perfect, I am in the process and it is looking great, thank you very much!

Took a while for me to understand, but it was worth it! Ready to wear this during October! Thank you, girl!

I’m making a half spider web decoration for a table for Halloween. I was so confused yesterday but this tutorial really helped me 😊.

Thank you for this. I made black spiderweb doilies for coral colored reading chair arms. They look awesome!

Thanks for such a simple and cool tutorial! I was able to follow along quite easily even being left handed and I had my own spider web shawl in a bit under 3 hours time :)

I bet you could do 2 DC in the first and last stitch to give the edge a cleaner look, I'm going to try that with my shawl. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to the yarn store!

Hello! I just discovered this video & it is perfect for the project I had in mind. Can you please post a finished picture? I am making this with 3 different colors of yarn for my daughter's Halloween costume. (Black, purple & orange) I feel like I am doing it correctly, but it looks a bit loose goosey. I'm sure my tension is a bit too loose. I'm just curious how this is to look completed & on. Thanks so much! Love the video & look forward to watching your others. 😊

I actually never went bigger than this! I made a tiny one to hang from a basket. I definitely would recommend a small hook compared to thr yarn size to help with a tighter tension.

@@StitchesandScribbles oh good idea. Shoot. I've been using a big hook. I've gotten about 9 or 10 rows done. (My second attempt. My first attempt, I didn't frog it, just stopped at about 7 rows) Thanks for responding! I appreciate it! Alot of youtubers never respond. So thank you!! I may frog it & start over with a smaller hook.

@Laurel Baumgarte No problem! Glad to help! I'm still a small channel so I don't get many comments 😂😂 I love interacting with viewers. Thanks for your question!

It could mean that your stitches are looser than mine. Try going down a hook size or doing fewer stitches in your first row so that you have fewer web sections.

Hard to see, looking down at your hands and not seeing stitches
