    Your alignment is beautiful. You make the routine easy and flawless but I know it's not easy. Thanks for the inspiration.

    Gabrielle I'm a recent home owner of a reformer - been working with my balanced body exo chair for the past 6 years .... love it! Thanks for sharing your work (outs) ... can you address your spring set up in a future video ... thanks for sharing ... have you on my play list ...

      Hi Karen! Thanks for the love :) A few of my earlier videos I filmed without mentioning springs, or even cueing for that matter, but all my recent videos have the spring settings. Hope that helps :)

    This could be such a great routine if there were voice instructions.

    Wished it was narrated so that I could follow along at the same time as working out like with your other videos

      Good lord?! Can't you see her form? Have you not taken a class before to know the routine?

      @@mesimesi2313 It's really hard to focus on your form and crank your neck trying to see what's happening at the same time because there are no voice instructions. I love Saran Pilates but I won't exercise with these videos because I don't get a proper workout. And I've been doing pilates for 15 years.

      mesi mesi Not everyone can do these DIFFICULT exercises without proper cues. There is a lot to think about, at the same time your shaking and sweating and trying not to injure yourself at the same time.
      This is clearly a flow workout. There’s many fast paced transitions in here.
      Be kind, we’re ALL doing the best we can. Including Gabby. ❤️

    Love your videos! Can you tell me which sitting box you have? I'm about to buy one from Balanced Body but I can't decide between the standard sitting box or the contour sitting box. Any advice you can give is appreciated. Thanks!

    • @SaranPilates
      @SaranPilates  4 роки тому

      Thanks Amy! I have the contour one. The reason why I prefer it is that the body drapes nicely over it for moves like swan, and seated roll down. Also I do quite a bit of stretches with the box and having a nice rounded edge feels better on the hands to press the box away. Hope that helps!

    Thank you for the video. Great ideas in using the box. But may I ask why use the ball under the sacrum?

    • @SaranPilates
      @SaranPilates  6 років тому +1

      Thanks for the kind words! I use the ball there as a stability challenge.... it challenges pelvic stability, so you really have to keep your core engaged.

    Can you please do a voice over narration - this looks to be an awesome workout, but without the instructions, is very difficult to follow watching and at the same time do the workout without risk of injury. Love your workouts, please do consider the voice over . Thank you :)

      Hello! I just have a few of these videos without narration that I had done a few years ago. My more recent workouts have the narration :)

    May I ask which spring settings you're using when you start doing your standing leg work? Also, I found the standing leg work with box very intriguing and would like to give it a try. May I ask what the difference is in your choice to brace your foot against the sitting box vs. simply using the headrest? As always, thanks for another great video share.

    • @SaranPilates
      @SaranPilates  6 років тому +1

      shnuggumz I think I have 1 red spring on, to focus on outer thighs. The only reason I put the box there is to be able to flow into other moves right away. A part from giving the carriage a little extra weight, it doesn’t make a difference otherwise :)
