- hello everyone! i've recently been getting into digital art and krita is what i've found to be the best program, but it takes some configuring to get it to work with touchscreens. i hope this was helpful!

@@rexxy_mno I can look into it for you. These tips were for more touchscreen Windows tablets over actual artist tablets so that may be 1 reason. I can see where I can tweak the steps!

You are a life saver! I've been reading through so many reddit and krita discussions on how to disable touch sensitivity and they all just told to basically live with it and learn how to put the pen on the screen first. Which still didn't work for me. Thank you!
THANK YOU OMG Entirely new digital art and I spent all day on my artwork doing it the hard way with shading and manually changing the brush stroke size 😭 was sad seeing everyone use pen pressure and thought maybe my pen was just broken or something so thank you so much 💖💖💖 also PESKY hand strokes omg my canvas was a mess every 2 minutes! omg thank you, your a goddess for this since I honestly didn't wanted to use sketchbook for surface forever (mostly cause you can't change the size of the canvas and also the limited tools) plus how krita's pen pressure never established until I done everything in the video.

This is a wonderful video! Short and to the point and exactly the help I needed. I just got a Surface 7 and I wish I'd found it much earlier in my search on how to set up the darn pen, would have saved me a lot of time off wading through 20 minute videos that skip the vital step between "what kind of tablet should you get?" and "starting to draw on your new tablet." I just bought a brand new Lenovo Yoga 7I 14" with a major pen jitter problem. Scared me shitless because I couldn't use it for my art. The lines were so bad in Clip Studio, Krita and Illustator. Whatever these settings do, fixed it. Idk how but now I can use Krita again. Thank you Kristech. You helped me avoid a $1000 mistake.
