I hear that slide @donaldtherocker1714! Sounds acoustic to me. It's doubled by an electric guitar part one octave lower. I chose to present that second part instead of the slide part because it's really easy and as I say in the title of this video, I'm aiming at beginners here. Almost decided to unsubscribe, but then decided to change my mind. I realized that I haven't heard my singing voice for some time. Might have to do some "do dahs" until I find my range again. I like your reference to the use of Springsteen's song titles.
In the chorus, instead of two D's, it works playing one and resolving to the Am.
