    HP Tuners is great software, and this is another reason why think so. You can connect a wideband O2 sensor to HPTuners via RS232 and read real time data a log it for tuning purposes.

    Do you actually need all those converters or can you just go and create a USB plug off of the ground and Signal wire?

      You can try that. This is the only way I’ve been able to get it to work tho

    How did you build the AFR table ?

    • @BMF_Garage
      @BMF_Garage  3 роки тому

      Built the afr table based of what areas of the tune I’ll be in wot, cruise, or idle

      I’ve had that happen a lot too and I’m not sure why… the first time I did it was this video and it worked perfect… after that, I fight it every time

    Can you install the wideband after the cat converter?

    • @BMF_Garage

      Yeah, you can

      I guess you can call every factory and let them know they shouldn’t install pre and post cat AFR sensors. Gtfo with that nonsense. If you ain’t got nothing constructive or helpful to say, move along. No one needs your negative ass bs in here.

    • @BMF_Garage
      @BMF_Garage  3 роки тому +1

      Not necessarily, but if your car doesn’t have a wideband can be monitored from the ecu, then yes

      @@BMF_Garage just to confirm, pro version is not needed to datalog the wideband as shown in your video? I just got the standard mpvi2 and I'll be going this route to read afr if it works. Thanks.
