I have used Special blonde too for a yea and it did not damage my hair the way the bleach did and I did not feel the hair so dry and the scalp so itchy and dry afterwards. It still does an amount of damage as all the chemical dyes do but not as much as the bleach, I had so much breakage from the bleach. And warm tones....I am a natural level 5 medium brown so I got used to the warm tones as I will never ever get cool tones with anything being so dark naturally so I am ok with a strawberry blonde.

I feel so relatable about warm tones, in spite of having slightly lighter base color - 7🤝 Having this yellow pigment can't be hidden, it still breaks through at some point :/ But I like cool tones no matter what, so proper toning formula with dyes, not just toners, and I can enjoy a perfect cool shade at least 1 week, then it becomes warmer but not too yellow, so I'm okay with it) Anyway, we are just golden girls, so😎

Hello :) I made the Koleston colouring and the roots came out slightly pale yellow, after that I did toning by your formula and now my hair is grey and roots pale yellow. I know the grey will fade away but could you recommend me other toner formula?:) thanks!❤

I saw someone on Reddit who has really long hair and uses Elumen Top Chic 12BS which is similar to Wella Special Blonde. Seems like these dyes are way more gentle than bleach regardless of the developer difference. It looks really good!

Hello Konlissa. I don’t know if you are aware. But instead of using all three other toners(pink tubes) at the end. You can alone just use the wella koleston 12/81 with 40% that gives the same result. Just the one tube. Very ash blonde and on roots also for your desired look you are after. 🤗

pink tubes are for toning and koleston is for lightening, applying it on length would be unhealthy for hair

@@ordererosion no you only apply it ten minutes before washing it off I should have stated that.

@@eloisefraser2919 koleston is NOT supposed to go on the length. That’s just a fact.

no matter what when roots grow. you must bleach no way of getting around it unless you are natural level 10

This only works if your hair is naturally light...........if your hair is dark only thing this would do is lighten your hair some and possibly leave it brassy........but it does look gorgeous on you.
there are bleaches with bond repairing products in it, as well as additives to protect the bonds in your hair all to minimize damage......also you can use hi-lift dyes instead of bleach to get similar lift with less damage....then there are the bond repairing shampoo/conditioner/leave-in's ect too.

Hi everyone, do you think is it great step to use wella power bleach + 6% developer and then apply redken toner 10GI+10P for good blonde result? My hair are in 5 natural tone

I think it is! Especially the decision to use bleach +6%, as 5 is quite dark for anything else. Never used redken though, but looks like these shades should do well!
