For 2023 I am leaving procrastination and perfection behind. I get EXTREME analysis paralysis trying to make things perfect that I wind up procrastinating and not getting anything done, or it takes 5Xs longer to get done!

I’m so happy that I watched this episode. It really gave me a lot of clarity of things that I was contemplating on and trying to find direction for. My word this year is transform. I want to transform my lifestyle in every aspect I want to come up with a daily routine not only for me but for my children. I want to go back to school. I want to learn ASL .I want to dedicate more time to God. I want to reach my fitness goals.I want to reach my food/health goals And I also want to take my kids to new heights that they haven’t reached yet. I shared this episode so it can help others as well. Also I really loved the male perspective on the other side of that “5 minutes” I never looked at it that way and it’s definitely something I’m going to take note of for my own marriage.
