The Saddest Sonic Games has to be Adventure,Adventure 2,Shadow the Hedgehog,06,Black Knight,and Unleashed,but Frontiers is in a Whole Different Level of Tragedy and Sadness that I Shed Tears of Any Kind,One of the Best Sonic Games and One of the Best Games of 2022 other than Multiversus and God of War Ragnarok.
Personally, I like to think the ancients evolved into the kuco, which are like their spiritual stones that each of em had. And the kuco eventually evolved into the Chao. Which is why the God of destruction known as Chao looks so much like the ancients.
When i saw The background in the Sonic Frontiers screen. I genuinely thought that this game was all about sadness and a dark past. The models almost made me think that sonic was gonna have a Reenactment of his death in 06.
I gotta say i really enjoyed this sonic game and it's been awhile for me to actually enjoy one besides a few ones prior, the story, being able to run around, explore fight enemies, AMAZING 🤩 SUPER SONIC BOSS FIGHTS, THE OST, Except the final boss THE END meh it's i hope we keep getting great sonic games in the future

I really love when tells a deep story i mean everytime i remember chip's sacrifice cutscene in sonic unleashed with the theme that play with it i wanna cry or shadow's last words in sonic adventure 2 when he do what maria want it and sacrifice himself for the humans altought i know shadow returned in heroes but i fell sad really love this narative in sonic games i wish sega doesn't back to sily stories like lost world

We don't lnow anything about sonic and eggman after the ending and how they part their ways until next time except for a happy ending for both sonic and eggman with a lot mystery to uncover that is related to the ancient race in cyberspace
Well, the Gaia manuscripts were written by people who did not know of the Ancients nor their struggles. It is possible that the conflicts between Dark and Light Gaia didn’t start as long as people thought, and it is also likely that the Ancients were around in Pre Historic times in Sonic. How could they have not found any humans or animal people already populating the Starfall Islands otherwise? There are ways to clear up the canon, should Sega take more time to do so, which they might since the Tailstube series has been doing that left and right.

I’m honestly glad we got more lore on Chaos. I know it ISNT Chaos but more or less something closer. I’ve got a theory, maybe after the war between the Aliens and Titans war, and after it was sent to Earth along with the Chaos Emeralds, the Chao that got mutated might’ve got transformed into one of the Aliens, maybe along with some of their memories due to the Aliens’ usage of the Emeralds. I didn’t really know how to type this out, but it’s a possibility that would be pretty cool, mostly due to how overshadowed SA2 is to SA1, and it still being my #2 Sonic Game following SA2
Here to correct you, the end was the one who destroyed the acients home. Then they escaped and went to earth. Then they used the chaos emeralds to power the titans they built. Then they used their titans to fight the end, but lost at the end.
The enemies are Unknown and I accidentally call them Titans which is what the ancient species used to fight the enemy
