Thank you SO much! I am 57 and doing some great workouts but this is the first time I have realised that I was doing this completely wrong, haha, now it makes absolute sense! I cannot wait to see results from correct execution wow - I am in shielded lockdown in the UK, and have no choice but to work out at home as best I can! Very good instruction!
5 year old vid, I have heard of Pallof Press for a few years and only yesterday and today did I gave it a proper try, yesterday I did the rotational axis, after the session I thought about finding a way to do extension axis, came home did a search on the topic and learned that I may need to add the flexion as well. Today I did rotational, extensional and flexional exis'. And added isometric holds at the end of each axis. Ok all that words just to decribe what I did, and my experience? it'll be shorter; I love it, thank you for an informative vid.
Great level of detail, though a little formal (maybe that is what you were going for). The use of the overlays to explain body positioning complemented the verbal instructions very well.

Hello, what elastic rubber strength must be for pallof press for beginner?
Don't worry about the band strength, adjust your resistance by the distance you stand away from the point of attachment.
is it a good idea to do this excersice to failure with 10 reps of extending the arms?
Difference between cablevand resistance bands for this?
The main difference is the intensity, but the mechanics are pretty much the same. - Jake
BarBend can pallof presses be done everyday?
Can I do 300 reps of these? I like pallof presses :0
Steve WHO???
Your feet should be close to each other so it's actually an obliques exercise
