Bunch of great syrups there. Funny I have Pineapple Star Anise bitters and if I saw a recipe calling the the syrup I would use 1 part bitters to 1or2 parts syrup.

I filmed an Old Fashioned with the Roster Rojo Smoked Pineapple Tequila and the Pineapple Syrup alongside the Pineapple Start Anise Bitters. I never had to say so or write so much about Pineapple in my life, haha 🤣🍍
