🍸 Celery Syrup Recipe
- 200ml Celery Juice (freshly juiced)
- 200g Sugar
- 1/2 bar spoon Ascorbic Acid (to preserve freshness and colour)
- 50ml Vodka (acts as a preservative)
🍸 Celery Bitters Recipe
- 200g Celery
- 2 stalks Lemon Grass (chopped) - or dry lemongrass
- 1.5g Coriander Seeds
- 1 Allspice Berry
- 5g Celery Seeds
- 1g Gentian Root (for bitterness)
- 10 Mint Leaves
- 200ml Vodka (high-proof alcohol)
🍸 Celery Liqueur Recipe
- 500ml Celery Juice (freshly juiced)
- 0.5g Dill
- 1.5g Coriander Seeds
- 1g Tarragon
- 1g Fennel Seeds
- Peel of 1 Lemon
- 1 Star Anise
- 150g Celery Root (peeled and chopped)
- 150g Sugar
- 250ml Vodka
Use these ingredients for celery sour, gins and tonic, herbal margarita, or Bloody Mary.
