That's actually super smart! Never would have thought of a molding glue for the helmets with sharp edges in front! Great video man 😁👌

Awesome video I’m gonna check that stuff out. I’ve seen so many mounts that claim to work but you know as well as I do sooner or later those crappy plastic mounts crack and break. This is the perfect alternative to plastic mounts and it gets your GoPro exactly where you want it with no hassle.

Same as you... I thought it was soft rubber, too. Glad SFW convinced me to use it on the AGV. Stuff is NOT gonna come off without a fight... p.s. helmet is looking good!!

I want to do this but I have a matte black helmet so I’m wondering if this will grip to that kind of paint...
Hmmm! Good question!... I’ve also seen someone do this.... they put packing tape down where they wanted to mount it... then put the sugru/GoPro Mount over the packing tape to essentially make a mold of the contour. After 24hrs they pulled off the tape and then cut out the 3M double sided tape and used that to adhere the mount! That could work for you also!

Wonder if it works just as well w/ the Sugru being applied to a mount that already has the adhesive on it...
