  • THE Simple but most agile move an edge rusher can do to sack the QB. THIS move requires proper alignment, covering ground, and a spectacular bend. IN THIS VIDEO I WILL EXPLAIN HOW TO TEACH THIS MOVE AND WORK ON IT in an exaggerated fashion in order to perfect it in real live moments.

Thanks bro our OLB couch has added plays where we have to get on the line and these vids are helping me get more sacks and tackles in the backfield

I play Left Defensive End and when I'm in my 2 point stance, my coaches tell me that my inside foot (Closest to the ball) should lead, and when the ball is snapped, I should push off my back outside foot and lead with my inside. In the video, the guy does everything my coaches tell me not to do (Outside foot lead & pushing off front foot). Should I change my stance? Does it have any major effect on my speed rush?

having the inside foot closer to the tackle makes it better vs the run, but in pass rush the inside foot should be back to help you gain more ground vertically

@@tmftaylormadefitness328 Thanks for replying! And yes, my coaches have told me to always rush expecting the run so it would make sense that they always have me in that stance. Thanks again!
