I have tried both and also prefer the La Prairie foam cleanser...
La prairie has a beautiful scent reminiscent of dove pink beauty bar! I’ve only used La prairie and think they have changed the formula because it never irritated my eyes when I washed my face, and I recently bought it in the beginning of 2024 and it stung my eyes! I also prefer La prairie foam cleanser , but I do like the cleansing gel from La mer, which has been out of stock because they are reformulating it!!!🙄 I won’t buy the lamer foam wash because it’s too similar too the La prairie and thus would like it if La prairie did a gel/ liquid cleanser!

I saw a difference in the LaMer side, to me it definitely left your skin glowing. I think I’m going to try the LaMer just because my skin isn’t that dry. I have had a hard time finding a good cleanser. I like the Sisley cleansing bar, but It’s better for me when it’s warmer.

Great comparison review. I have some products where only La Mer will suffice and some that must be La Prairie. Between the two lines, living the life of luxury skincare is a daily experience!!

Even I switched to La Mer I still use La Prairie cream cleanser which is more gentle than the foam cleanser for my thin sensitive skin. After that I go over with La Mer micellar water in a cotton as a final cleansing step.
I love both of those cleansers and I agree!

@@maheway7880 ugghhh!!! I'm not sure where you live, but places do returns on these products. If you like La Mer, and you need a foaming cleanser, i saty just keep it. La Mer does a beautiful job no matter what.
