The Alabama Air National Guard at the Birmingham airport used to have air shows when a F-4 fighter squadron was out there. All the show, fighter aircraft when leaving would "cut up" to the delight of the crowd. I still recall a F-15 with full brakes at the end of the runway, ramping up his engines. He took off half way down the runway, pointed skywards and lit it off. Vertical for I don't know how high. He was a speck but you could still see him roll to wings level in order to unload the Gs or that is what I thought. AWESOME aircraft to say the least.
Hi Mate, that catch in your video was epic! Would it be alright if I included it in my next video? I'll credit your channel in the description and link back to the original. Let me know. Cheers😊
Awesome captures! Would you be okay with me featuring the second takeoff in my series Weekly Dose of Aviation? Of course you will be credited both in the video and in the description. Thanks!
None are EX models - as in the title they are ANG F-15's from Oregon. They are taking off from London Ontario Canada. Too bad they didn't fly DURING the show............
@@EverythingWindsor-EssexCounty yes, to live near one. I was only making a delivery. And my job in the Marines was a tactical forward air controller. Didn't bother me then, don't know what changed.
I see that tail too! That KC-135 is a Washington ANG plane based out of Fairchild AFB in Spokane. The tail was painted to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the 116th Air Refueling Squadron, the predecessor to the 141st Air Refueling Wing. 👍
Hey friend! I'm working on a new channel and would love to feature one of you clips in a video of mine. Would it be possible to use a small portion of your video for that? I will credit and link your channel of course! Thanks, AN!
Yes as long as my channel name is visible in the video clip (not in the bottom corner with small text) and a link to the original video that’s on my UA-cam channel.
a link to my original video MUST be included in the description. there are alot of other channels that have used my video with no strike. it must be included in the clip and description.
They look like a dump truck to a modern radar system but there is no denying the 15's performance, i believe the 15 holds nearly 50 world absolute speed, altitude and time to altitude records for fighter aircraft (an A.E. who works for a large American defense contractor who currently fields the two frontline F planes.
Timeless classic. What a machine.

WOOHOOO!!!! Second pilot was auditioning for Hollywood........
Cheers from Oregon! Proud our F-15’s are featured…

God, what a beast that thing is!
That second pass was almost as exceptional as the camera work, great job
Thank you
Awesome. That second jet was off the charts. Great capture 😎
Awesome stuff! May I feature this second takeoff in one of my next episodes? Of course with a link back to your original video. All the best to you!

Was watching 2 of these simulating dog fight today quite low in England the sound was amazing. #RafLakenheath

OMG I love it !!!! Great res and perfect positioning !!!!! shite that must have been loud!
nicely caught
Super cool. There’s a reason the tanker is in trail of them. Rendezvous on RWY xx downwind for a top off before getting to cruise.
They said it they had to fill up twice to make it to Oregon
First was good. Second was stunning. Third was flown by an accountant.
im guessing this is in lakenheath. and oh my word that second jet departure was insane
This was in London, Ontario departure day for Airshow London SkyDrive 2024
@@EverythingWindsor-EssexCounty ohh canada london. I thought this was UK London so was a bit confused
@@OllyDenningWe have a Paris too.
Only airframe in the world that has never, EVER lost a dogfight. Air Superiority at its finest.
until the F35 came along lol
@EverythingWindsor-EssexCounty F-35 will stealth and distance. Where's a confirm air to air kill using guns? I'll wait.

Rock and Roll!!!
They lift up and hold briefly in ground effect, gear up, then swoosh!!
Awesome to be at the base to See these doing their thing, but it does get a little old day in day out.
This was departure day after Airshow London, or do you mean you live near one?
@@EverythingWindsor-EssexCounty yes, to live near one. I was only making a delivery. And my job in the Marines was a tactical forward air controller. Didn't bother me then, don't know what changed.
0:27 when you sneeze during take-off

See the tail on that 135????

that was SHIT HOT !!!
Nice camera handling.
Also, WTF was that sharp left!?!?!?
Is that in regs?
I was going to say the same thing. I see them flying everyday in Oregon and have never see them do that.
coffee mug slid off the dash...had to grab it pronto.
ANG Oregon. They make it up as they go along. You should see what these fools do in the air when they think nobody is looking.
Are you using a gimbal head or hand holding your camera?
This is all done with hand , no gimbal
Damn!! This is a sick video!!
Have to wonder if the 2nd pilot is going to get a "talking too". That wing was pretty close to hitting the ground.
no, these are fighter jets, once they are above 100' AGL they can maneuver pretty much anyway they want in terms of rotation
buddy, this is the USAF, give me a break. and there is no 100’ rule.
@@SSaugaCriss lol, never said there was - said they could roll and rotate however they want after 100' (and not be worried about ground contact)
No one said a word to him , before take off they were asked if they wanted to do a fly past
That's straight up horseshit. At that speed and with a full on roll maneuver, ground contact could certainly happen.
Yea baby
Wow! Ghoosepumps!
100%
wow
Are any of those the EX ?

did you see the b52 take off?
unfortunately i was only there until the monday it left tuesday.

Yeah , it happens sometimes
Third one was the token female fighter pilot
Female fighter pilots are just as badass as male fighter pilots

HHAHAHA F15 PILOTS KNOW WASSUP!!!
I'm guessing Boeing didn't build that one.
