@@Pablo_the_raccoon It's something to do with coop. When I do coop runs we usually get Radagon's Soreseal early and we have someone just spam reset enemies at the grace and sometimes Greyoll just kinda dies when sitting at the grace, so that might have something to do with it.
This is such a great series, please don't stop making it. A couple tips for you guys to make it easier: 1. level up mind and vigour which will give you more health and 'magic health' instead of intelligence. 2. going to fort Haight and defeating the bad guy there will give you an amazing ash of war called bleed (look it up) and 3. talk to roderika and the blacksmith back and forth so Roderika can learn spirit tuning and level up your spirit ashes (the wolves). These tips really helped me a lot, Thanks for the video.
A very strong stat in Elden Ring Is Vigor, the game almost expects you to level it. late in the game you find things hit very hard even with string armor. another good thing to aim for is upgrading you weapons.
Quick tip for your mage build: If you go to the Waypoint Ruins in Limgrave, you can defeat a Mad Pumpkin Head as a boss and unlock the sorceress Sellen to give scrolls and buy spells. Just up the road from the waypoint ruins, far past the troll drawn cart, in an enemy encampment, you can find the academy glintstone scroll guarded by a basic mage enemy. If you give Sellen this scroll, you can buy the spell “Carian Slicer”. Carian slicer is an amazing spell, it’s fast, close range, and does a lot of damage for a beginner spell. Extra tip: back in Sellia, town of sorcery in Caelid, you can light on of the sconces and unlock a sealed area with a chest. Open the chest to get an extremely strong spell called “Night Shard”. It requires 38 intelligence, and it does a lot of damage.
Correction, the powerful spell is “Night Comet”, and specifically, it’s behind this sealed door right here 17:40 I think there are three sconces you can light in the town, the first one is right next to the golden sapling, the one you want is the one on the opposite side of town. You can reach it by jumping across the roofs on horseback. It will be in a similar tower to the first sconce. (The final sconce will unlock a duo boss and the reward is a “whip sword” and a staff). Final tip: that staff you got is actually really good when it comes to night comet. The staff of Loss boosts night sorceries like Night Comet, Night Shard, and Night Maiden’s Mist. It’s a damage boost that is well worth the switch.
@ AdrianW Few tips, first get some smithing stones to upgrade your weapons, two exploring is really good for getting more damage and things, 3 go to patches and buy margits shackle, its a surprise tool that will help you later, 4 go back to the town with the seals, when you open a seal there is a chest you loot for adrian to get some better spells, 5 look everywhere 6 find sorceress sellen for adrian, she has some goated spells, 7 learn roll times for better survival, 8 there is a catacombs you can go to to get another uchigatana, aka another katana, so I recommend looking into that. Good luck tarnished, you're going to need it.
Advice for the game: 1. Do alexanders quest (Alexander is a npc) he has some of the best quest rewards but prepare to cry 2. If your doing a mage build go do rannis quest in caria manor and if youre doing a samurai build go get either the moonveil katana or or get a second uchigatana 3. Do white mask varres quest this ulocks one of the best rune/ soul farm
Another thing is you wanna find church like structures and golden tiny trees that have golden seeds and sacred tears. Sacred tears increase the amount of health and mana you regen when drinking a flask and golden seeds increase flask amount
Find the maps around the area, so you can see the whole area, then look at what looks cool and go there, explore everywhere, it’s worth it for runes, talismans etc
I recommend exploring the lands, there is just so much stuff to do in elden ring that it would truly be a shame if you only did the main story bosses. The optional areas in this game are absolutely phenomenal, and definitely worth taking the time and checking out.
Not a big help but maybe good to know, after my first int build playthrough i learned that with some spells you can hold the attack button before releasing it to charge up a spell
Hey Adrian you should get rid of your shield and put your staff in your left hand and hit LB or L1 to use your magic so in your right hand you can always have your rapier in your hand instead of changing between weapons
i just started playing this game too so this is comforting to watch, but it’s making me wish i had friends to play it with bc it would make my life easier 😭 will be tuning in for next ep
While im not exactly the most qualified to give any tips at this point (i suck and im stuck on the godskins) i feel like there are 2 things you should do. 1: put your staff in your left hand, that way you can use a melee weapon in your right hand if an enemy gets too close, 2: save your stamina and dont get too greedy, getting greedy will immediately put you at a disadvantage due to how focused you are on offense and you wont think about defense enough.
One major thing I recommend is to use your souls to increase your HP. Stamina is important but what is really needed to last longer in a fight is a higher HP. Overall, keep up with the series lol. The first time playing E.R is a learning experience for everyone. 😂
Defiently explore. There’s a lot to do and find outside of the main bosses. For starter, i’d suggest heading south, there’s a decently large additional area below limgrave.
When you guys beat the red invader down in the water with the other samurai NPC, you should've gotten a really nice knife that has a blood-letting distance attack so check your inventory. Also, you might want to go back to the area with the red sky and search the lake of crimson rot to get a much better staff.
If you want a tip id say level up 10 to 20 times between main bosses and make sure to level vigor more than any other stat. Also mind stat increases mana bar length. Last thing, under wsapons it shows stat requirements and typically leveling whichever stat has the highest required level increases how much damage you do with it
Back again with more advice :) it’s better to have your flasks in the quick items where you hold triangle/Y so you don’t gotta scroll through your equipped items, but if that doesn’t tickle your fancy holding down on the dpad will bring you right back to your healing flask
Big ass tip for early game, so if you want very quick levels, for early game, use the impassable great bridge site of grace in caelid, you can drag some of the Dino dogs down to some solders and they kill eachother, producing around 6000 runes average without pickle and gold scarab, they scarab is found in the abandoned cave which is also nearby in Cealid, it increases the amount of runes plus you can get the poisened fang weapon in there which I hear is good, be warned the boss is a duo fight in there, to get to the Im pass bridge just use the dragon burnt ruins chest warp to quick to to a mine in cealid wich is closest to it.
16:08 that's a rare bug that instantly kills a boss when you rest at a sight of grace the boss in that cave is decently hard so it give a bigger reward.
go back to the first soldier outpost and go right for a while there is a teleporter for you friend, and it has a boss with an amazing sword katana thingy with high bleed and it has a amazing right mouse button ability.
bro this is so fun to watch btw just a small recommendation is to upgrade your mind as it will let you have more fp so you can use more spells without having to use your flasks constantly, also with godrick dead try awaken his ruin I wont spoil what it does but its rather simple but it will help you alot
a great early game farm location is Farum Greatbridge, the vulgar militiamen there give you 1000 runes per kill, you can get 18,000-20,000 runes per run there.
Tip: there are 2 new katana's that are basically free: frist is nagakiba and it is probably the best offhand weapon in the game, to obtain it you need to kill that bloody finger hunter yura that helped you or finish his quest line(you will need to go to 4th location ) or there is meteoric ore blade in that red location but idk the location i just know its in some ruins and if you feel extra strong you can take on gael tunnel and magma wyrm which drops moonveil which is probably the 2nd strongest katana in game (gael tunnel is also in the red location next to ruins with site of Grace and small Castle) P.S. gl in your playthrough
The best weapons are the heavy weapons and katanas. The small rapiers are very bad and difficult to use. you can also parry most attacks with a buckler (small shield).
The next thing you should probably do is go to the academy of raya lucaria. there's a boss there to progress. but you really need to harvest runes somehow.
Love watching y’all play I’m an absolute nerd on elden ring and I don’t want to give too much but the next area you will have to explore will be liurnia of the lakes it’s a massive area but the center of the lake is where the next parts of the story occur you’re playing a mage and there’s a lot of items there for you called “lusats staff” one of the best staffs in the game and a talisman called “radagons icon” which will lower the time you take to cast spells there’s other stuff there aswell but if you explore you should find most of it I’m trying to give tips without giving too much away so not sure how much this helps but good luck and have fun
Another thing is you guys need to upgrade your weapons with smithing stones it helps so much fighting godrick doing that little damage is really difficult people are usually doing like 3-500 a hit fighting him
you guys should look at the wiki for whichever either main or side bosses and see their weaknesses. also i dont know if you have rock sling but its a spell that goes perfect with the meteor staff because its a gravity spell. it also does physical damage which is good. i love the content keep it up guys!

you should get moonveil as its a pretty ez early to get weapon whos also super op and scales mostly with int so you wont need to waste mana every time you need to attack and do no dmg when you dont have mana
A tip is that you shouldn't always just go ahead on the the next main boss go explore more. thats how you get more powerful by findings caves with look or hidden bosses that drop cool items. The fun is that you decided where to go not the game
Adrian pls I’m begging you to look up the gravity staff and rock sling. The gravity staff is the best early game staff and rock sling does good damage whilst also being boosted by the gravity staff. With your stats it will do crazy damage. (It doesn’t need to be upgraded since it has S scaling)
You know that cave in the red area u guys got teleported too if u go out the cave to the right you’ll find some ruins where u can pick up a gravity staff and spell off a corpse and in a chest little fyi they are Op for early to mid game mages
I would recommend leveling more diverse stats and leveling int if you find a spell or weapon that requires it, since I’m pretty sure that you get more damage from upgrading your staff than leveling int
Try to time dodging and memorize patterns. And level up health and strength/endurance for you. Your intelligence is PERFECT for now. Since he's a samurai, level up dexterity, health, and endurance/strength
