What I don't get is if the laws don't apply to them, why do they demand the laws apply that protect them and their rights? An example. Cops pulls them over for speeding. They claim the laws don't apply to them...but if they don't apply, then the cops can still ticket him for speeding, since the police are limited to ticketing someone only if they break the law. No law to protect people means they can be ticketed for speeding even if they were not.
If the police impounds a vehicle, they will claim the police stole it. If they are arrested, they claim to be kidnapped. If the laws don't apply, then there is nothing that says the police can't steal from you or kidnap you. Even the logic of their arguments make no sense.

Crimson: Like it or not you were born on planet earth.
I kind of hate to use the word force or forced in this statement but it is true:
Here on earth you will have jurisdictions FORCED on you. - Whether you are born in America, Europe, Asia or other land mass, someone claimed jurisdiction in your area before you were born; often CENTURIES before you were born.
      - Like it or not you cannot have society without rules. Even small tribes must have laws, and no large nation can survive without them. - You cannot even have decent roads, much less coast to coast highways, without someone taking charge, organizing, planning, and collecting taxes.
      - When there are rules SOMEONE MUST ENFORCE THEM.
      - At least in America you have the right to vote on laws and/or the people who make the laws.
      - And you have the right to complain and file serious complaints if a cop or judge goes too far.
      - If you don't like it, feel free to move to an area where no one claims jurisdiction, like the South Pole.
      - Or a country with a nice dictator who will have you arrested if you complain and cops who will beat you to death for J Walking.

Sure, you can ridicule sovereign citizens, but lets not pretend the law and lawyers are logical, well-reasoned, consistent, or fair on the other side. Just one example of many: civil asset forfeiture. It's easy to understand why some people have been pushed to total disrespect for the current system being upheld and perpetrated by law school graduates, even after they take oaths to uphold the Constitution. Ridicule in that direction is much more warranted since the damage done by them is far greater than by sovereign citizens.

How would decline the protection of the armed forces (leaving out any debate of how much protection they actually provide)? If you go live in a cabin like Ted Kas, Ted Kaz, the Unabomber, wouldn't you be subject to all of the same laws on property, etc as anyone else? You can't just go build a cabin on land you have not purchased within the system without someone having an an issue with it. Let’s talk about the BAR exam and why it’s called the British Acredited Registry. Why? Because we are again under British rule and these lawyers and courts are what they tried doing to our country before we kicked their a$$ to the curb. Years later they took over the country without firing a shot when it sold out from fear of becoming bankrupt. Most people don’t know that we almost lost the country, but instead we sold it to the British and more recently Chinese. How do you think a nation that’s trillions in debt stays afloat lol? On hopes and dreams? It’s because the United States is no longer owned by the people for the people. One of the reasons I dislike Trump now is because he stated all this and even said he’d hand the country back over to the people, but unfortunately he did no such thing. He instead strengthened the police state that keeps us under lock and key. Prison Planet. They figured out years ago if you pretend you’re paying people a fair wage and let them causally move around “freely” they’ll never realize they’re still slaves. Meanwhile they pocket billions and live segregated from the peasants

Let me be very frank the term sovereign citizen doesn’t exist because you cannot be a citizen and be sovereign at the same time. So you really should know your own Termanology OK. Just because what you think the criminal justice system says and supports doesn’t mean that’s the law because there is something called law of the land

I love those nuts. I get appointed to represent a sovereign citizen every couple of years. They often write great pro se goofy motions and refuse to admit the jurisdiction of the court. They use admiralty law and the UCC to come up with all sorts of goofy legal notions. But the case rolls on… always!
In fed court judges will ignore a request for self representation and so I just set the matter for trial and get it done. Always fun.

Tyquan X successfully got his passport, successfully got his felon in possession case thrown out, he now Carry's firearms ,and doesn't use a driver's license, and shows hows a time that a cop showed him that he's on a DO NOT DETAIN LIST so the cops never arrest him... These are facts you should learn

No he didn’t he’s a complete liar and a scam artist. He was somehow hit by a car while carrying a gun. Arrested and the cops and sheriff both said his passport said no such thing at all.
It’s all BS Tyquan and you know it is stop trying to ruin people’s lives with your BS.
In order to get a passport you have to present birth certificate and a valid identification.
Truth Science 151 did a video on this less than a week ago.
Show the case on Pacer or it didn’t happen as I don’t trust a thing that man says.
Finally codes, statutes and mandates are actually law under the 10th amendment which is part of the constitution.
